“We've been using this SW location for years. When we can, we try to make purchases when a discount is available, since we like their premium, Emerald, line of paint. But today I was in a pinch and headed over without checking for any discount. Daniel, at the counter, rang up my gallon and said, "Hang on," and looked up an online discount that saved me about $20. Super customer service!”

“DUNN-EDWARDS PAINTS in Encino is easy to find and easy to get into. They have their own free parking lot with plenty of available spaces.The people are friendly and helpful, but did not hover. I was able to take my time choosing the right shade of "white". Boring, I know, but I was surprised by how many there are.I was able to narrow down my choices and take home the card samplers to show my contractor, who was then able to get small samples for testing.Very convenient. My project is done and I am very happy with the way the color turned out.Now that it's time for another painting project...”

“This professional auto paint store should be called "The College of Paint" because of the wise advice Tony gives freely on his products and your technical needs. Tony's eye on urethane colors is a bull's eye. I have never found his advice incorrect. Besides, this is a friendly place where you can always stop by for a chat and walk out happy.”
“I order portola paints from TN and have had to call them multiple times. They're always incredibly helpful and friendly-- even to the extent of helping me choose the best color samples based on my descriptions.
Most recently, I spoke with Bri who assisted me in ordering roman clay in a color that matches my living room walls and also assisted with the correct quantities so I didn't have wasted materials.

Even though there's been times where I've gone there to make a purchase and their system was down and they couldn't sell anything or other times where the store was not open during hours of operation, I have had excellent customer service Experiences every time. The most recent was yesterday when I visited the store to purchase additional paint and Ryan was so patient and doing a color match for me and then another canned that I needed it which they didn't have in stock for him to locate at another location and tell me that he could actually drop it off first thing tomorrow morning on his way to work as I am two blocks away from the store customer service at its finest! “My in-store experience at this Sherwin-Willams has been fantastic - we were there 4 times in the last month either looking for colors, getting samples or picking up the paint we decided to go with. Originally, when we purchased our home a few years ago, our contractor had us to go Dunn Edwards for our paint, the service was never great - I prefer to support a business that actually cares about their customer satisfaction and I felt at home when I visited this location of Sherwin-Williams. We had heard good things about the paint from Sherwin-Williams, they have great quality and wonderful colors. We happened to notice they were having a presidents day sale which was fantastic - 40% off, it was a no brainer. But at the end of the day, for someone like me, I care more about how I'm treated in store then the cost of the product itself. We were lucky enough to meet Spencer who obviously knew a lot of paint, not just as a sales person but as someone who painted for a living. His recommendations were highly appreciated and I hope they know how lucky they are to have such a great team running this location. For any future painting needs, it will always be this brand for us. Thank you for helping to make a tough experience (choosing the right color) so much easier on us. Anything to do with home renovation is so stressful, it's nice we found a place that made one checklist item so much easier on us.”
“This is an amazing neighborhood hardware store! I take care of a relatives house that is just a few blocks away and built just a few years after Emil's went into business. There has not been anything that I needed for a repair project that I could not find at Emil's. This includes parts for plumbing, electrical, or hardware such as hinges and door knobs. Thet have a wide variety of drill bits, hand tools, saw blades and more. The prices are slightly higher than the large box stores, but the convenience and gas savings is well worth going to Emil's.”

“I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”
