The girl that was ringing me up was so rude. She asked what phone number to use and as I told her the first 3 numbers she goes “58 what?” in a rude tone. I told her the number again and then after that she just threw my clothes in the bag aggressively and the receipt as well. She wasn’t friendly at all and just plain rude. I have the cashier number and the salesperson number that are in the receipt they give you.

Please update your store hours. ALISSA was extremely RUDE, not just to me but to the other customers that were in the store as well. I would definitely give it ZERO STARS if I could. I understand that you guys were closing but due to the wrong hours online I wasn't aware. She gave attitude & rolled her eyes at the customer that was paying. She never bothered to ask if u had a PacSun Reward account, I had to be the one to mention it to her. I asked a simple question & before I was able to finish my question she automatically said NO & cut me off. That is extremely unprofessional. I will definitely never be coming back here again. Please train your staff & your closing team to be so much more professional. This was a horrible encounter & I will definitely be returning my items. You can even check your cameras for 1/27/24 at 7:00pm.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. They do not open at the time the online site says. I waited 2 hours for them to open, after they refused to honor my return. They kept saying it was PayPal purchase, when I don't even have PayPal. I called my bank only to find out PayPal is on their side of the transaction processing. So after 2 hours in store I'm still disputing a charge and can't get through to their customer service via phone.

I almost never leave a negative review but unfortunately I drove +45 minutes just to pickup an item at this location. Their hours on Google say they close at 8pm on Saturday and their hours on their website say they close at 10pm on Saturday. The employees were still inside but turns out they closed and locked the door around 6PM on a Saturday. Please keep in mind I also tried calling their listed numbers on Google AND their website several times beforehand to confirm their hours and the one on Google didn't work and the one on their website only rings once and automatically hangs up. They may have really nice employees so I'm not one to try and cancel someone. I'll give them another shot but as a previous reviewer mentioned their hours and operations seem to be inconsistent.

I came in one day and asked if I help getting some shoes. The employee said they were too busy and that I should go ask someone else. I then went to the back to try on jeans and I found a vial of in the changing room and I brought it up to the manager and they took it and went back in the changing room themself... then I knocked on the door cuz I wasn't finished changing and they told me to leave and called me a b*****

Yesterday what I heard in the fitting room was unacceptable. I was let into a fitting room where a short brunette female employee and an African American male employee were also there. While I’m trying on clothes the female employee begins to talk down and belittle the male employee. The way she was talking to him gave off very micro aggressive tones. Based off the things she was saying to him and how she was demanding him to do things, I assume she was the manager but that’s no reason or excuse for her to talk to him the way she was. They began to go back and forth and the female started raising her voice at him. I felt so horrible for the male employee and I felt helpless to say anything but wish I did. This company needs to teach that manager how to talk to their employees without talking down to them as if they are beneath them.

Store closes at 7 not 8 when I arrived at 7:06 (I would’ve arrived earlier if I knew they closed at 7) I was confused so asked the employee about their hours she rudely and sarcastically said “sorrrryy” and slammed the door in my face. I’ve always had issues with rude employees generally poor service but they could at least post the store hours on their door if they can’t answer questions or correct them online.

My friends were publicly harassed and discriminated at this pacsun. They are college students, but they assumed one that they were going to steal even though the PAID for their items, but it was also discrimination as my friends are Hispanic, and the workers were Caucasian. After my friends expressed that they could always check their bags since they wanted to assume, the pacsun workers kicked them out. Horrible. It’s 2022, stop looking at skin color and fix your own faces.

Worst experience at pacsun yet. The employees were rude and unwelcoming and it looked as if they wantedus to get out of the store as soon as possible. When they don’t even own a fraction of the store!

Unreliable hours! How do we know if they are open or not? Yelp says they are open until 10pm on Saturdays, their website also says this location is open on 10 pm on Saturdays. We went at 8pm on Saturday and the doors were closed. There were employees inside, but they signaled to us that they were closed without giving any explanations. Did not even try to talk to us. While it is understandable that unexpected things come up that may cause unscheduled closures, but it would be nice to at least update their hours when this happens so that people don't travel for no reason. Very unprofessional.
