If I could give Pacific western zero stars I would. I went in to give them $20 for 2 rolls of quarters so I could laundry. And they refused because I do not have an account with them. So apparently cash is not acceptable at a bank. So I walked across the street and was greeted by a very nice teller at Union Bank who immediately gave me quarters. Lesson.... Don't bank with Pacific western.

Good luck trying to get on line access with Pacific Western Bank, they make it so difficult. First you have to contact the branch and add an email to your account, then maybe in 1-2 days they do so, then they'll send you a message and you'll have to set up an account with their secure message center, then maybe another 2-3-4 days and you might be able to access your account on line, I don't know since I haven't waited the 2-3-4 days. I would not recommend this bank to anyone! There are many better methods to allow access to on line banking securely without waiting days to do so. They don't seem to believe in customer service that makes it easy for their customers!

Pacific Western Bank is completely lacking in integrity. Get everything in writing because they will say something and then not honor their commitment. Do not waste your time with this bank! Work with a bank that has integrity, this bank will do everything to make money at your expense.
