Called ahead to verify they were available for walk-ins and received no answer. Went into suite 318, as listed on the website and the door was locked with no answer. Went down to suite 100, also listed on website, which was a Labcorp instead, which does not accept walk-ins without a pre-ordered test. Had to leave and find another testing location.

This org is a fraud. I booked an appt for a COVID test for 6:30 yesterday. When I got there, everything was locked up. When you call the number, it is NOT pacific clinical labs.

The appointment process is a joke. They should let you fill out forms online beforehand, rather than on your phone with a zillion downloads including drivers license and all of your insurance cards. I left and went to Covid 911. It was drive-thru, fast and efficient.
