I've never posted a review but I had such a positive experience in this store I wanted to post one here. I often walk by Only Hearts and see great gifts in the window on my way to picking up an early morning coffee next door. I finally got a chance to venture in and I found an adorable gift for my girlfriend and I bought that and some other cute gifts for family and friends for the upcoming holidays. There was so much selection and variety and the women who work there were so helpful and knew all of their merchandise intimately. I had a wonderful experience there, got some great unique stuff and I'll definitely be back.

I've been shopping here over 10 years, they have a new policy where you can no longer try on underwear. I won't shop here again. It's not possible to know how underwear fit unless you try them on. And certainly don't want to waste money buying something that doesn't fit.

I have avoided this store for years as I always felt the owner was throwing things intomy dressing room ruining my experience of "relaxing" while shopping. Almost as if it all she cared about was sales. It drove me insane! The other day I walked by and was greeted by a sweet inviting young woman who waved to me while I was out of the store. Made me want to come in! She expressed she was new but I would have had no idea! I browsed that day & she didn't bother me one bit and we just had great conversation.. it was lovely! Due to this amazing experience I came in a few days later and she even remembered my name! Made shopping there so much more pleasant than previous times there. Bought a beautiful slip! Go here and ask for Aleigha! She is so mellow & genuine!

I bought 3 bralettes here a little over a year ago. They didn't even make it a year. And they weren't inexpensive. Ripped apart. Clasp discolored from sweat and would stain my chest. Very disappointed.

I popped in for a special gift for my niece in Ohio. Lisa was amazing and helped me find just the right thing and I bought a pair of amazingly comfy pj s Only Hearts is my favorite boutique in Santa Monica.

Wonderful experience every time I come in. Roxanne is helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. I find that bra shopping can make me feel uncomfortable or self-conscious, but not here. I feel confident walking out of the dressing room to show the sales associate the fit of the garments. I visited yesterday intending to purchase only a few pairs of basic underwear and left having also bought a gorgeous silk slip dress. Come here!

My all-time favorite store on Montana Avenue! Always intrigued by their yummy window displays, Only Hearts is the heart of the street--enchanting gifts for all ages + ooo-la-lah lingerie, tops, PJs, jewelry, and more. I'm constantly amazed at all the treasures inside this groovy, little store. Lisa, the manager, is a retail goddess with like one hundred hands, always going the extra mile (or twenty) to make you feel wanted and happy. The whole staff (including Roxanne) is "live on the floor"... a rare thing these days. Gift wrapping, too. This store can never leave. Ever!

Whoever works at the store was super unhelpful and rude. Made me feel terrible about myself and my size. Didn't offer solutions and told me I won't fit into any of their items which is false as I am a m/l. They have you ask for any size above a Xs or S which makes experience awful. I left feeling horrible about myself.
