Overall a very awful experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. At check in time, our room was not ready. The room was dirty and could not shower/use the restroom until the evening due to plumbing issues. The outlets do not hold chargers. The bar located under our room had a DJ until 2:30am which caused the room to shake. No sleep! Management was very rude and directions for parking/ keys were a massive inconvenience.

To flee ! We had booked in the first place but following the meeting of a couple who stayed there (only 1 night instead of 3!!!) we preferred to cancel at the last minute (poor cleanliness, cockroaches, dilapidation and noise due to of the bar). In addition, we were still charged for one night and without possible reimbursement from them. Shameful for booking to promote this type of accommodation. You can find much better! (We booked closer to Hollywood at the Sunset Best Western) much better and cheaper.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We came back to our room late at night to find someone else in our bed! They obviously doublebooked. It was appalling. What a farce. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Very noisy. Right above a busy bar that opens late even on week nights. Manager was rude and avoided us if we had requests. Terrible security. People I was with came back one night to discover a random man in their bed. Stay somewhere quieter and safer.

Staying at Ocean Luxury Lofts & Suites gave us the privacy and amenities we were looking for surrounded by a lively atmosphere with many restaurants to choose from and of course the beach!

Ocean Luxury Lofts & Suites is a great place to stay in Santa Monica! It is in a great location surrounded by tons of great places to eat and shop. The beach and Santa Monica Pier is right across the street within a minute walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything ok, very close to the beach. Kitchenette, microwave and basic kitchen equipment. Quite clean, bed comfortable. Once our room code didn't work, but the owner immediately replied to the text message

I booked one apartment through Priceline that stated it sleeps up to 5 guests. I was traveling with my three small children. I received a confirmation that it was for one apartment. When I arrived, there was only one bed. When I called the hotel, they did not pick up and would only communicate via text. When I told them the situation, they told me I had a second apartment. I explained that I could not leave my small children in an apartment by themselves and needed one apartment for the 4 of us. They didn't have anything available and offered to cancel and provide a full refund. Over a month later, I finally received a partial refund and I have had to make multiple phone calls to Priceline and emails to the hotel. The Priceline ad states there is air conditioning. There was no air conditioning, the rooms and building were in disrepair and the smell was horrendous. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

Everything went well, we would definitely recommend the suite and book it again ourselves. The location of the property was great, it was only a few meters from Santa Monica Beach, and we definitely had a sea view from the room.

Very well located, meters from the Pier on the main avenue, a perfect location, comfortable room, very beautiful full room, they do not have a reception which if you arrive unexpectedly makes it a bit complicated, but with prior reservation it is super easy

The service is non-existent and the rooms need a good update.
The location would be good if it weren't for the lot of noise around and right below a bar with karaoke

Not sure why people left bad reviews. The room was clean and amazingly convenient for anything you want to do in Santa Monica. Great communication from the owner and fair pricing, will definitely stay here again.
