It was my first time going to this place and I loved it. Elizabeth helped me with parking behind the store as I couldn’t find any parking in front of the store. Then, she helped me with my orders and getting a Nordstrom credit card. I will be back soon to pick more orders. So convenient and nice!

My yellow Cortez Nike shoes had arrived however I never received an email informing me of the arrival. However, I sure did receive an email stating that the return of my extremely popular shoe has been processed. Horrible experience.

Came here for simple leg hems and got rushed craftsmanship. Store workers are alright, whenever I came into the store no one ever came to ask what I was there for. The workers just looked at me as I walked in, even with no customers in the store. They didn't even bother to contact me on the day my items were promised, 10 days after drop off. I had to call them because I didn't receive the email they told me they would send to confirm when the order was ready for pick up. When I received my items, I looked at the hemming and it was not $24 worth... irregular stitches and not even straight!! I'm so glad all the pants I got are dark colored, but would not come here or recommend anyone come here again lol. Although a seamless process (hence the two stars), they didn't even do the job right.

This is a great secret for Nordstrom customers. Clean, quick, handy location for me, free parking either on the street or in back (just a few spaces there). I got very personal service when I purchased a down pillow on sale online, only to discover it went off sale the next week. My hubby was jealous of my pillow and I bought another one. The salesperson here adjusted the price of the second pillow for me and was very helpful and friendly. I have used this location for returns of online purchases and always been accommodated with the famous Nordstrom service. Thank you for this location.

Pull up in the back and they bring out what you need very quickly. Easiest Nordstrom pick up ever and you never have to get out of the car.

Okay, how many of you actually knew that these little local Nordstroms existed? I randomly saw this Nordstrom Local while driving down 26th Street and was really curious what it was. Turns out, this one of the several Nordstrom service hubs where you can have orders shipped here and request other services with Nordstrom. Some of the services offered through Nordstrom Local listed on the website are: order pickup, curbside pickup, returns, alterations, styling, gift wrapping, and clothes donation drop-off. I had a Christmas gift I wanted to order online at a discount, and since I was going to be away for a week I decided to have it shipped here so that I didn't have to stress about my package being stolen while we were gone. The short story: pickup was quick and easy and I would definitely do it again, especially on days/times it's not crazy busy in the area. To add more detail: I had wanted to try contactless curbside pickup, but their parking lot in the back was quite crammed and both Nordstrom curbside pickup spots were taken by other idling/parked cars. I couldn't tell if they were Nordstrom Local curbside pickup customers or not. I ended up parking in the Amici restaurant lot nextdoor, which I'm not sure I was even allowed to do, but it was empty and there were no valet attendants. The great thing is that the pickup didn't even take a minute, so I was out and back in my car within five minutes!
