I've been using this Nordstrom for pick ups and drop offs and alterations since they opened. Always enjoyed going in there as the staff was so friendly, organized, and on top of things. As well as being very polite. I don't know what's happened to the place, but I go in there every week except I've been gone on vacation for a couple of months and when I came to the store, I didn't recognize anybody except the alterations girl I was met with a very rude young woman who barked at me , no please no thank you, no, how can I help you? It was as if she hated being there and certainly did not enjoy working with customers. There were no other customers in the store, so it wasn't even as if she was under pressure . Daniel the manager The has left as has a girl called Elizabeth so I had nobody to complain to except on my way out. There was a lady and I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. I explained that stuff had been extremely rude. she could have cared less. No apology, nothing. People go to Nordstrom for customer service and ease of returns. I shall not be visiting the store again - Nordstrom you need to train your people and customer service! At least at this branch!

I'm here all the time picking up my orders. Today I was returning a tumi suitcase with my 2 kids. Trey was so kind and accommodating. He let my kids push the yellow button on his handheld scanner, gave them special stickers and overall didn't act like they were a massive nuisance. I've had great experiences here.

Annie and Elizabeth are the best!! My family needed some last minute wardrobe essentials before traveling and I didn’t have the time or bandwidth to drive around LA trying to shop. Instead, I created a series of orders through the app that I was able to pick up (AND return if needed!) right down the street at this storefront. The curbside pick up is a breeze and their staff is always pleasant and helpful!

Bad customer service went to check if my package was delivered and all they said was it’s in progress couldn’t give me any other information just stared at me and told me to come back because they get a lot of shipments daily

It was my first time going to this place and I loved it. Elizabeth helped me with parking behind the store as I couldn’t find any parking in front of the store. Then, she helped me with my orders and getting a Nordstrom credit card. I will be back soon to pick more orders. So convenient and nice!

My yellow Cortez Nike shoes had arrived however I never received an email informing me of the arrival. However, I sure did receive an email stating that the return of my extremely popular shoe has been processed. Horrible experience.

I would like to say that every single experience I have had in this location has been absolutely lovely. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Having said that, today I witnessed another customer, who allegedly is a regular. We'll just call her "Diabolical Deanna" for anonymity sake! She spent over 30 minutes absolutely belittling the very professional, kind and polite manager, Elizabeth and another associate. They were amazingly patient and accommodating her every demand and endured her disgusting behavior. It was absolutely uncalled for and completely emotionally abusive. I would just like to encourage Nordstroms Local from banning said customer from returning. No sales person or anyone, especially in customer service, ever deserves that kind of treatment! To the lovely team at Brentwood Nordstroms Local, Keep up the incredible job and don't let the dysfunctional nutcases get you down!

Came here for simple leg hems and got rushed craftsmanship. Store workers are alright, whenever I came into the store no one ever came to ask what I was there for. The workers just looked at me as I walked in, even with no customers in the store. They didn't even bother to contact me on the day my items were promised, 10 days after drop off. I had to call them because I didn't receive the email they told me they would send to confirm when the order was ready for pick up. When I received my items, I looked at the hemming and it was not $24 worth... irregular stitches and not even straight!! I'm so glad all the pants I got are dark colored, but would not come here or recommend anyone come here again lol. Although a seamless process (hence the two stars), they didn't even do the job right.
