The customer service at New Balance in Santa Monica is excellent!! I’ve had superb experiences every single time I’ve visited or called with questions. Most recently, I came in about a possible shoe defect that I didn’t immediately notice. Managers Sohui and Kathryn took care of and handled it in such a professional and welcoming manner. I was truly impressed. Their professionalism and kindness along with a well trained staff is why I will continue to keep shopping and recommending their store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I purchased one pair of the 990 sneakers and Unisex no show socks with the help of Sales Associate Ameena. She was fantastic! She was patient with my requests and helped me with correct sizing which I greatly appreciated. Although I only bought one pair of sneakers today I will come back to buy a second pair different color of the 990 sneakers.
What I liked about Ameena was her upbeat personality, her smile, the fact that she has great listening skills and the fact that she knew her merchandise. She was extremely pleasant!
I hope you will recognize her outstanding customer service!!!!
So… thank you Ameena and I will look forward to buying more products from you in the future!

I just wanted to browse to see if they had anything the other new balance store doesn’t have, but congrats for closing early at 5:55pm when the closing time is 6pm. It looked like they had people trying on shoes still. It’s awkward for customers who got there before closing time to stand behind a closed door. Respect your closing time!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location all thanks to the store manager SoHei Alberty. She really went above and beyond to assist me and help me find the perfect shoes. I would highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service.
