Service at the store is always exceptional. New Balance products are pricey but worth it. A pair of 990s will last me a year. My replaced knees have never been happier ?

I had such a wonderful experience at this location all thanks to the store manager SoHei Alberty. She really went above and beyond to assist me and help me find the perfect shoes. I would highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service.
