The online chat system was surprisingly helpful and the company gave some really solid advice on how to extend out the life of the bed. Still waiting on the mattress itself but the customer service was great!

What a difference it makes when a shopping experience is paired with a competent, helpful and mindful store manager. Danny is all of the above and made us feel so welcome in his store. The purchasing of a new mattress went really smooth and I am glad we decided to continue with Nest. Highly recommended.

Eight years ago we were in Bloomingdales and tried out the $40k bed that was on sale for half price. We loved it but that was a lot of money for a bed. The next day we were walking along Montana Ave in Santa Monica, CA and noticed this new bed store – Nest Bedding. So we tried out a few beds and loved the Alexander that felt very much like the $40k bed. When we asked how much it was we were told it was $1600. I asked again if it was $16k or $1600... we couldn't believe what a reasonable price it was. I went back to Bloomingdales one last time to make sure were making the right decision. Then we went right back to Nest Bedding and bought the Alexander. Recently, a thought came to walk down to the Nest Bedding store again as it felt it was time for a new bed. The old one was great but it just seemed like the right time to upgrade. We ended up with the Sparrow Hybrid and we love it! The customer and delivery service was amazing and the bed is awesome. Casper just opened up a store down the street on Montana and we also tried those out. We didn't like their beds at all! We are so grateful to Nest Bedding for providing not only outstanding service but amazing and comfy beds. If your bed is older or not very comfortable... get a Nest Bed - you can’t go wrong.

They don’t seem to actually stand behind their products or return policy. Unable to reach customer support by phone. Left multiple voicemails over multiple days. Email response requesting return authorization was only met with responses seemingly designed to prolong the process beyond return window. Responses never address the request directly. Unless you know their products are for you, don’t buy! You’ll only end up throwing your money away because they don’t actually accept returns within the 30 day window stated on the website.

Jason provided us with such great service! He explained how the beds are constructed, their individual differences, and helped us find one that was right for both of us. He was warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable, the sort of person any company would be lucky to have! The bed we chose is beautiful. It is comfortable, sustainably made, and very reasonable in price. We are very happy with our total experience!

Had such a great experience shopping for a new mattress with Daniel in-store and Brooke over the phone. I'm very glad I went into the store room, because the Owl ended up being my favorite over the Sparrow. Glad we went in time to take advantage of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals they had going on, very excited to try our new mattresses!

Nest’s lifetime warranty is a scam. My hybrid mattress started to sag and sink in in the first two years, and gave me back pain. I’ve contacted customer twice requesting for warranty services and both times haven’t gotten any response. Would never buy another Nest product ever again.

Do not buy a mattress from this company! The top layer of my mattress bubbled up after just 6 months of use. Then the whole mattress bowed in from me sleeping on it (I weigh 195 lbs). The "lifetime warranty" wouldn't cover it because it is on an ikea bed frame and not their bed frame. Poorly made, bad customer service, and probably the reason why no one even knows this company exists. My mistake for giving them a chance instead of a more known company.

Good yet expensive products and the worst costumer service . Went to the Montana store and was seen by a sales guy name Danny who just seemed bored and uninterested in helping me. I was willing to buy the products but I refuse to spend money where people are not kind .

Bought an organic mattress from Nest years ago with a lifetime warranty the coils have failed creating a 3 " hump in the center of a king bed. Their customer service rep stated the old manufacturer had issues with adhesives and will replace it through their new manufacturer. This has been going on for 12 weeks now. Called nest today and they state they no longer make an organic mattress and they assume the original manufacturer is making a new one although that's in direct contrast to what we were told previously. I'd never buy from this company again as their customer service is horrendous.

Absolute worst. Received defective pillows and Nest refuses to address. Check out their online reviews for returns, customer service etc and get a better understanding of why all of their stores are closing.
