This was the photographer at two different schools we attended and every year we could count on reliably great photos to order. It wasn't until this year when the school chose another photographer that I truly appreciated how great Nathanson's was. Really sad that we didn't have them this year and am rallying the school administration to bring them back next year!

My daughter's school photos were dark and slightly blurry, whereas the example online was bright and crisp. Have been waiting for reprints for several months. Communication is not great. VERY disappointed. :(

My daughter was first photographed by Nathanson's at her der Kindergarden preschool when she was 2. Then again at her Montessori school and then they did fabulous underwater pictures at her swim school. They actually put a photographer in a wet suit with air tanks and he took pictures of the kids as they swam by. My daughter is 39 years old. So you see Nathanson's is steady reliable company. I just moved back to SoCal after 19 years. Next summer we are planning a reunion. I was so happy to see a great review by Shaunie F that I will definitely be contacting them. Thanks again!

Company cashed check when product was never delivered. My child's daycare enlisted Nathanson for a photo day, and all parents had to pre-pay for the service, with the expectation that we would be able pick the pictures that we liked and receive actual prints. After review of the photos taken, I was dissatisfied with every single one. I let Nathanson know that I didn't like any of the pictures and asked for a refund. My request was ignored and no one followed up with me.
