The salon was small, two stations were open when I arrived. Nancy answered the phone and there was a spot available, so I was able to go right in. She did a really nice job--basic manicure. She asked if I wanted my cuticles cut, and I said no thank you. She pushed them back gently and only trimmed a few strays around the edge. It was my first manicure since the pandemic started. There was a split door wide open, everyone was masked, and there was a fan and acrylic panel between us. I felt safe.

Very small. When I tried to come in the door was locked and they were only doing appointments. No spa chairs. I went down to the street to Lynn Nails.

I wouldn't go back. Looking at my nails right now makes me angry because they did such a bad job. And this is after going in twice the same day for them to fix my nails after poor job the first time. They have really bad nail polish options so you really have to take your own polish with you. Besides that, they just don't do a good job of putting polish on. I'm super annoyed and frankly want my money back so I can go get them done again.

Have come here twice, but never again. the non-stop talking of one of the women, who I think is the owner, was enough to drive me out the door. The place is small, so listening to someone continuously talking to people is hardly soothing. I am happy to pay a bit more for a quieter atmosphere.

Was told it would be 5 minute wait, took 30 mins and they attended to someone who I assume to be a regular before me. Maybe they had an appointment who knows but they definitely didn't communicate what was happening. Cheap but plenty of other places to choose from so I won't be returning.

Not super happy with my results, though it was cheap. I had a gel manicure where I could see streaks and air bubbles. My manicurist got gel all over my cuticles and used cutters to remove them and when I pointed it out, she told me that it would grow out nicer. Maybe, but if I wanted a sloppy job I would do it myself. I'll stick to my places in downtown LA, even though they're more expensive.
