Awful, all around. The staff are lethargic, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The place is also crawling with homeless people. I’ve never felt more unsafe… in my own bank!

Long time BOA customer and needed notary services for a legal document. My work schedule makes it difficult to make bank hours so I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The gentleman who treated us in the lobby was nice and attentive, but there was an obvious issue with the appointment as he went back and forth with different employees while they had tense conversations. He returned and said they couldn't find my appointment so I showed him my email confirmation reminder from one day prior. He took my debit card to the back and returned saying he found the appointment. He apologized and said we'd be taken care of. A few minutes later, a woman - who I believe was the notary with whom the appointment was made - came out to us without a greeting and asked for our documents. She flipped through them in the lobby and bluntly said there were too many signatures and that she would only sign one line because we didn't have an appointment. We could make another appointment for the other signatures because it was too much work and she was too busy. I explained I had an appointment - which again she denied even though I had the confirmation in my hand. My wife asked why we were being punished for their system error and she acted shocked that we thought we were being punished - she was too busy to deal with us so we should leave and make another appointment. We went back to the first gentleman to try and find a solution, but he was occupied with a disheveled man dragging two trash bags through the bank. We decided to leave and try to find our services elsewhere. I understand system errors happen, but this branch should either find an accommodating solution or at least be very apologetic about its error and find a way to make it right to the best of its ability. Nothing of the sort. Instead straight hostility and placing the blame on me for their errors. Long time BOA customer, not the first negative experience, but likely the last. Many nicer banks with better customer service out there!

Went for one simple reason. To withdraw cash from their atm machine. Ended up waiting in line to manually withdraw money from the accountant because the atm machine said I couldn't use my debit card at this location...

This is an absolutely horrible bank and customer service. If you make an appointment online, they don't have you listed when you arrive. When you then come in, make an appointment, what you did with the associates does not come to fruition. It's actually almost unbelievable how bad it is. When you call the phone number for any of the Bank of Americas it gives you no one to talk to. They push you to get an appointment online but then don't honor it.

I called for 30 minutes continuously before anyone answered my call and then waited another 12 minutes on hold before they told me there was no appointments left. Then they hung up. Terrible terrible service, rude staff. Seriously go to any other bank but this one.

Mannn this location of bank of America is really bad 3 people behind the window and No one come help me. One person on the desk and 3 customer waiting including me. One hour for just one question. This is really a joke.
