Very helpful and friendly staff, I wanted a pair of earrings adjusted that I had received over the holidays, not bought from their store, they sent them off to be repaired and a couple of days later called to say they were ready, my earrings did latch better and to my surprise when I went to pay they told me "no charge" I was shocked and grateful after all this is Los Angeles no one does anything for free, I left with a great feeling and will definitely go back, what lovely people:)

This place is great if you’re looking for something cheap that won’t last more than 3-5yrs… I came to this store about 4.5 yrs ago to buy an engagement ring.One of the tiny diamonds literally fell out of the ring AND the center stone came back with a significant chip on it after sizing with them. Which I pointed out after they returned it to me.This ended up being replaced with a lower quality stone I later found out (without telling me). We were given nothing as a reimbursement.Looking back I can afford better and know better, but I sincerely felt like they took advantage of us and didn’t value us as customers respectfully. I write this so others are aware

Super helpful! I walked in without a clue about what to get my wife for Mother's Day and was greeted immediately when I walked in and helped along the way without any pressure. Great selection of designers and a wide range of prices. Definitely recommend.

Please update your hours on Yelp. Drove all the way over there only to find you do not open at 10am but 11am. Nice collection of jewelry but staff is soso. Would give 3.5 stars

Yesterday I went to Moondance to purchase a pair of hoop earrings. I parked in the red in front and when I went to the door they just closed and it was locked. The wonderful sales person let me in and within 5 minutes I had a cute pair of hoop earrings. During these times Moondance certainly put a smile on my face. I highly recommend going into this store and purchase something for yourself. It will make you so happy. I'll probably go back very soon to continue feeling better about life.

I'm so excited by my new jewelry from Moondance! I used to get cheap jewelry from clothing stores and what not, but since the last pair I bought really irritated my ears, I decided it's time to be a grown-up and buy real jewelry. So glad I found Moondance, and I wish I knew about them sooner! They have some affordable silver, yellow gold, and rose gold pieces that are simple but still incredibly cute. I got the loopdie springy and baby chime designed by Jack + G. What's also super awesome about these earrings is the backing -- in a way, there almost is none because the whole earring is designed to go into your piercing. It's a little tricky to get on at first, but now, I feel it's super secure! Which was always my hesitancy about getting real (a.k.a pricier) jewelry in the first place - I was always worried it would fall off and get lost. Also, the staff is super friendly -- Jessie scheduled a Facetime with me due to Covid-19, and she was super patient and friendly in showing me all the pieces I was interested in... which was a lot! She also talked to me about my cartilage piercing, and gave me the idea to put the loopdie springy in that piercing, which I never would have thought of. And I love the way it looks now!I almost want to get more piercings just so I can wear their jewelry. A lot of pieces are sold as singles, so it looks great mixing and matching. Can't wait until they open up again, so I can peruse all their jewelry in person!!
