This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so warm, so welcoming, efficient, helpful. They have a lovely little section of the shop with candles, jewelry, journals, playing cards etc. I truly look forward to when I have mail to send and I will never go anywhere else. They also seem to know everyone by name who has a post box there so seems like a great place to do that.

LOVE this place! I have been going there for over a decade. I don't normally write reviews but MM is one of the friendliest business establishments in Santa Monica. Garo was amazing and now the new owner Jasmit has picked up where he left off without missing a stride. The next level customer service, and always being greeted by my name, makes me feel like a person and not just a credit card #. If there's ever a problem, Jasmit Singh is a master problem solver. Plus, you can feel that small town warmth in the midst of a big city.

Never heard of a place that marks up the cost of a sheet of stamps - until now! Montana Mail marks up everything. And they can't even afford to have decent internet. Was in the area and needed a FedEx drop-off. They don't take QR codes so you have to email them the label - and they charge $1 for a receipt because they have to print it. Unless you have money to burn, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Ive used this place several times. Some of the best customer service imaginable when it comes to packages. They're extremely friendly helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I'd use Montana Mail before ever stepping foot into a standard post office, fex ex or UPS.
