“The lab opens at 7am. I arrived at 6:50am and waited which was not a problem. Once inside, the machines to check in were not turned on, but after a few minutes the machines turned ON at 7:03am ,so I checked in.

Tip: when asked on the Check In machine, only select 1 reason for the visit , not 2, otherwise your Check In will not be registered. I had to wait until a person arrived at the front desk to ask why I couldn't complete checking in, then suddenly, my phone # was in LINE on the monitor!

When I was called back for my blood drawn, I told the staff, I also need to also leave an urine sample. This was when I learned the Check In software can only handle 1 reason for the visit. Because I selected 2 things that needed to be done, the software couldn't handle it and booted me off. Bottom line, the staff made a label for me and gave me a canister and instructions. So if you have more than just a blood draw, just select blood draw and tell the staff you have another thing you need to do..

Overall this visit was fast and easy, except for the snafu on Checking In without any staff assistance.”

“Dr. Michael is definitely a character and there clearly has been some staffing drama over the last year, however, I can say that he is an amazing thorough doctor! He’s been extraordinary with my daughter and myself. Sometimes you do have to wait a long time if it’s not an emergency because he really cares about his patients and sometimes what’s going on behind closed doors is more important than whatever is going on with you while you’re waiting for him to see you. Cut the guy some slack, he’s human and he takes almost all insurance because he cares.”
