The car was given back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off, scratches on the door, problem wasn’t fixed (even though this was the second attempt), took 2 months to get the car back and the window was left open so there were spider webs and leaves in the car. Honestly pretty shocking.

Maserati Alfa Romeo of Santa Monica is highly recommended. The whole team is great, but sales associate Tristyn Donovan is particularly impressive. She is a knowledgeable and highly personable professional who made buying a new car, which can be a stressful and unpleasant experience, a pleasure. Brava!

My buying experience was as good as it gets! Tristyn was wonderful, great product knowledge, polite, professional and not at all pushy.

I had the unpleasant experience of my AF Giulia QF fuel pump failing in the midst of busy traffic on the Hwy-1 on the to Santa Barbara from San Diego. Fortunately, Ken Moore and team came to the rescue to get my car back in tip-top shape. While replacing the fuel pump, he found some other issues with my vehicle and replaced them under warranty. This could have been so much worse and I'm lucky this happened just a few miles from their dealership. Thanks Ken!

The car i bought itself is ok but the management and customer service is horrible. They threatened me to buy a car from them. Beware...the minute you refuse they get extremely difficult.

Unlike most dealer service departments Santa Monica Maserati has their act together. I have had only 5 star service over the years with every visit. I have had Ken as our service agent for several years who handles every aspect of the service in a professional and courteous manner.
