Beware their advice on “Green” mattresses. Informed them I was sensitive to off gassing and they upsold me to a so called natural mattress. Couldn’t be in the room with it much less sleep on it. Now I am stuck with it. Will have to donate brand new mattress to charity.

Brandon at LA Mattress Santa Monica is the best! He's wonderful and easy to work with. After visiting numerous other mattress stores, listening to numerous salespeople's blurbs, I headed back to Brandon. He knows his stuff (he's been in the business for years) and doesn't spout any BS. I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly why I chose the mattress I did. Top drawer service, no hard sell, easy to work with, I recommend anyone who needs a mattress to head straight to Brandon and LA Mattress in Santa Monica.

When I saw the awesome reviews for this store I assumed they were in some way incentivizing 5-star reviews. They're not. German is just as awesome as everyone says he is and this store is THE place to go for mattresses. Not only did we get a mattress we liked at a great price, German educated us on things we knew nothing about and saved us from buying the wrong thing. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but we actually had FUN buying a mattress and hanging with German. Los Angeles Mattress and German get my absolutely highest recommendation.

The posted business hours are not correct. Came here a few times and no one was inside for business. Buyer beware, read all the fine lines when purchasing a mattress from them. They don't tell you any of the rules up front, so do read all the paper work they have you sign. Their goal is just to sell sell sell. Once you pay, it's over. If the mattress doesn't work for you, you're in for a big headache to resolve the issue and end up spending a ton more to get it all fixed. The delivery people are extremely rude. Horrible experience. Just hope that the mattress works the first time, then you'll be ok. They often diss the brand names and try to advertise their own brands for more profit. Very shady all around.

I wish I would’ve given my money to the smaller family-owned mattress store down the street. Was not happy with my initial purchase where the sales representative failed to inform me of the return policy and delivery fee. Terrible customer service by the operations manager (Aaron) when issue was brought to his attention. Did nothing for me even though I spent an additional $2000 on a mattress that better fit my needs.

If you want the best service go to Los Angeles Mattress Store. The moment I walked in the store and met Julio I was pretty much sold. He is so mattress knowledgeable and caring. I have a high, brass antique bed and when I showed him a picture of it the first thing he pointed out is that seniors (yes, that’s me), often have a hard time getting into bed with a high mattress. He suggested a four inch box spring which was perfect. And, of course, the mattress he helped me chose was just right. And… he gave me a great deal! The scheduled delivery was right on time. Another plus!

Love LA MATTRESS! It’s been quite a journey for my boyfriend and I to find the right mattress and Larry helped us a great deal! He is super knowledgeable about mattresses and gives you the time and space to figure out what’s best for you. He’s not pushy like some mattress stores which is refreshing!We went to the store many times and tried the mattress we wanted a LOT, he was super welcoming every time and understood some of our reservations of more pulling the trigger on a mattress right away. When you are spending $$$$ on a mattress it’s clearly important to take time to decide.Thank you Larry/LA Mattress for being patient and getting us to the finish line, now for a great night sleep ? ?
