Had a wonderful experience working with Caroline out of the Santa Monica flagship office! My wife lost her wedding ring after it slipped off her finger at school (luckily someone found it and returned it to the lost and found). Prior to the OG rings return, I drove up to Santa Monica to search for a replacement. Caroline helped create a custom upgrade for my wife and it was created very swiftly! She even helped me surprise my wife with the new ring. I told my wife we were going in to get her old ring resized, Caroline had her try on a “random” ring in one of the display cases. My wife was immediately fawning over the ring and that’s when I told her that it was actually hers! Caroline really went out of her way to make this such a pleasurable experience from start to finish.My wife is so in awe of the beauty and sparkle this upgrade rings. We are excited to add another Logan Hollowell piece to the collection!

I wish I could give Logan Hollowell a zero star review. The quality of the jewelry is poor for the astronomical price tags. They took a 15% “restocking fee” for canceling two items. That is their ridiculous policy. They literally stole $600.00 of my money. I got nothing besides losing a significant amount of money. This company should not be allowed to do this. I never write negative reviews or reviews in general, but I want to warn others about shopping with this jewelry store. Please go to companies who do not take a restocking fee. There are so many amazing small jewelry companies. Support other jewelry brands, not Logan Hollowell. Terrible company all the way around! Zero stars!

Love her stuff on IG, I live about an hour away from SaMo so went on a Saturday because it said hours were open online…. Store was definitely closed when I got there. I should have called to confirm but would be good for business to update their hours appropriately.

DEFECTIVE JEWELRY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE: I purchased a bracelet online and when I finally received it weeks later, I was disappointed to find out that it was so big that it would fall on the floor. I had to drive to their store and ask for a replacement. They refused! and said that I would need to send it to their repair facility (and pay for it!). But the story doesn't end here: more than 3 weeks later, they finally reached out to me to come pick up the bracelet. When I arrived to the store, I found out that the bracelet was now the size of a baby bracelet! It was ridiculous. This time, they agreed to replace it (but they still asked to me to pay for the repair!!! which I refused - unbelievable). Well, the new bracelet was also too big and kept falling from my wrist on the floor. I had to drive back again there and ask for a refund. I told them that I had changed bank and to reimburse me in another card. They still made a mistake and reimbursed the card that no longer exists! and, instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake, they told me to call my previous bank, which I did and the bank confirmed that the refund was rejected. They still did not want to reimburse me! I asked them to give me back the bracelet then, and they refuse! So not only have I not been reimbursed but they are not giving me back my bracelet! I will have to go to the store again, and they say that they will contact the local authorities if I do show up at the store. Well, I will definitely show up and call the police myself! They have not reimbursed me and they kept my bracelet!

Absolutely love this place!! The showroom and presentation are so clean and elegant. I was simply a window shopper, but LH is a premier designer and should be recognized more!!The prices vary for all tastes but be prepared to invest because you'll want one of everything. This is supreme wish list stuff!! The staff are all friendly and more than happy to show anything you'd like. Check them out!! In the best part of Santa Monica too!!

Logan is the best!! The jewelry here is often custom and handcrafted and it shows. There are multiple locations, but they are all well kept and immaculate.The Abbott Kinney store is the best in my opinion and the atmosphere is really fresh. They greet you once you enter and its easy to miss if you aren't paying attention.I often see the pieces or Instagram and think "no way it can be that gorgeous in real life"...and when I do go in it is exactly as advertised.They get a rush during gifting season so I'd prepare for that in advance. They accept Amex so tell hubby to go big or go home, JK (kinda).

The jewelry is beautiful and good. It takes 6 weeks from ordering to delivery, but this is also announced. For Germany you just have to keep in mind that customs costs 323 euros for a chain. I didn't know that. So it gets really expensive.

I recall on a Winter's day going to see Issac to make one of my life's biggest decisions. I was nervous and slightly rattled and I wanted the ring that day. Issac was amazing and put my mind at ease and delivered. If I could give 10 stars I would. The whole experience of sizing, different types was great. My fiance was extremely happy and surprised and loves her ring. It's big and shiny and you can see from a mile away.
