I am a returning customer because of Ceasar ?. Great customer service and very welcoming.
The cashier's are not warm. I don't feel welcomed or appreciated. They are simply very matter of fact. I overheard her explaining a coupon not being valid, I felt bad and offended for the customer by her tone.
Customer service can be improved

I used get my car wash every 2 weeks, and one day after it rained, two of days later I wanted to wash the car again, and the manager did not Honored the 2 days rain window.
I told him that I have been customer for years, now that you are not honoring your own rules, I shall never come back for a car wash again.
His response was “well, don’t come”…
Well, it’s been many years now I haven’t comeback, for a car wash.

In A Nutshell:
-Lincoln Car Wash is conveniently located in downtown Santa Monica.
-It's close to the 10 freeway.
-The lowest detailed carwash is $32, which isn't bad.
-The crew here does a good job helping you select your wash, pump gas (if needed), wash your car, vacuum, clean the inside & make your tires look shiny.
Overall, the price is good as well as the service.

Great price and very fast. I have returned because of the quality and job they perform. You have to be patient due to their high volume, but they still are efficient and do a nice job.

Horrible. $29 for regular wash. Arguing with the manager about poor quality-priceless. Save your time and energy and call mobile carwash service next time.

I paid for a mini detail, and Overall it was a smooth process, and the exterior of the car is pretty clean. The 2-stars is it hardly looks like the floor in the backseat was vacuumed, and there is sand everywhere in the trunk still.
Not expecting brand new from a mini-detail, but 2 minutes more vaccuming would have made it a great outcome

I paid extra for the “super wash”.
The photos are After the car was washed and “ready”.
This is the 7th time I’ve used them and the 3rd time this happened. Not coming back. Needless to say there was no air freshener ..
