However, Joe, one of the employees, greeted me as I walked in and when I said "this is my first time here," Joe was very kind and explained about their services and machines. This laundromat also offers pick-up and delivery for "Fluff & Fold." I highly recommend it!”
“I haven’t done dry cleaning in almost 5 years (covid, moving from NYC to LA is a different wardrobe), but I AM BACK. I loved Flair. They were so nice and did such a good job. It was fast (used to same-day, was shocked to be quoted 3-5+ days from some other places). They have a great app, swift and efficient pickup/pay - just great great service I haven’t really experienced in LA. I may start taking in laundry just cuz I like it so much.”

“I would like to change my review as of Thursday June 26th 2025 rating this place 4 stars. Prices are reasonable, it's in a safe environment, and the owner was very pleasant. There were a couple of issues with the washer but he made those issues right and didn't charge anything to wash. That is precisely the kind of customer service that I am looking for and that every business needs.
The washers and dryers are a little old but they do work well and they are dependable. You can get change for all bills except 50 or 100. They have washing powder, bleach, and dryer sheets for 75 cents. They have top loader washers and front loader washers.”
