“Wow! This Santa Monica laundromat is very clean and the customer service from all of the employees is outstanding! I was actually dreading having to do my laundry in a public laundromat. However, Joe, one of the employees, greeted me as I walked in and when I said "this is my first time here," Joe was very kind and explained about their services and machines. This laundromat also offers pick-up and delivery for "Fluff & Fold." I highly recommend it!”

It was fast (used to same-day, was shocked to be quoted 3-5+ days from some other places). They have a great app, swift and efficient pickup/pay - just great great service I haven’t really experienced in LA. I may start taking in laundry just cuz I like it so much.”
