What an elegant little shop where you can find anything from teas to cute soft pajamas. So many little unique gifts to choose from and such a great vibe. I can hang out here and look at all the lotions and items. Definitely come by here if you need any gifts or cute things that you kind find elsewhere. The owner and staff are wonderful too.

I love this store. It's such a treasure and I love the products. I have been using the conditioning shampoo and mask since 2015 and can't live without it. My hair has never looked and felt so good. And smelled so good!

I have been a long time client of Larissa and are extremely satisfied and happy with the results and compliments I've received over the years of my luscious hair. The products that everyone should be buying are from Larissa. In the last 4 years I have used the strength shampoo along with the conditioner split end repair I live by these products. Stop on by her shop and there's lots of other goodies to get!

What a cute store! I was greeted by the owner Larissa when I entered and she was such a sweetheart. She answered all my questions and didn't pressure me at all while I was there. I ended up with a really cute green sweater and a candle called Oranger. It is amazing!! My apartment smells so good. I will definitely be back!

I love this place! It always smells divine and Larissa's high quality candles, lotions and bath products are so addicting that you'll constantly want to try all the other scents she carries. She also has the cutest ensembles in her store that are so comfy, great quality and are name brands - so if you see a sidewalk sale you better snatch things up before they're gone! I'm also obsessed with her beautiful tea garden in the back of her store. There's not many stores in LA that have that handmade, shabby chic touch that Larissa puts in her products. Try this place out- your senses will love you for it!

This is a great little shop. I stopped in with a friend looking for a gift for Mother's Day and for my sister's birthday. Their tea shop is so cool, but definitely on the higher side price wise ($26-$45) for a canister of loose leaf. But, both employees were so kind and helpful and gift wrapped a beautiful gift I found. Stop by if you get a chance!

Wonderful clothes but saleswoman would not let me exchange holiday gift I received for a larger size. Very rude, said I should have come in sooner. It's January and Christmas was 3 weeks ago. not wise to shame and berate customers. For an item costing $30 she was willing to lose a new customer ready to spend a lot more money.

Stay away! The owner is completely crazy, let alone unprofessional. I mean, just read the other reviews... I was planning to buy two Chaser brand tie-dye sports bras for myself and either one or two for my sister. I texted my sister a photo to ask her which color she wanted or both. All of a sudden, Larissa started shouting at me from across the store demanding to know what I was doing on my cell phone. She accused me of somehow using my cell phone to "steal" from her. She was saying something about how I was using my phone to purchase the same merchandise for my own store, even though I don't own a store?? Larissa's behavior was very bizarre an highly inappropriate. She completely humiliated me in front of the other customers in the store by making a public spectacle and making me feel like I was doing something wrong (by being on my own cell phone!) -- which I absolutely was not. Way to win over business Larissa! Instead of supporting her business which I intended to do, I obviously left and ultimately purchased the merchandise elsewhere. After all, her merchandise is above sticker price anyway. I ultimately purchased those items on Chaser's own website for less than what Larissa was charging. I had wanted to support a local brick and mortar business even if it meant paying higher prices -- but needless to say, I could not give my business to someone who treated me in such a disrespectful manner. Larissa's behavior was completely unnecessary and ended up backfiring for Larissa -- a business owner who I am guessing has a far from booming business in the age of COVID-19. To say Larissa is someone who should definitely not be in the customer service sector is an understatement. Given Larissa's unprofessional behavior, which I was a victim of firsthand, as well as the unprofessional behavior Larissa has displayed in replying to other reviews, I am already expecting some kind of crazy lie-ridden response from her here. Judging from her responses to other reviews, it will probably be something like "I remember you. You were very nasty, [another lie], [another lie], etc..." When instead, a professional - and sane - business owner would be polite to their customers and apologize for their behavior. But at least we -- the customers -- know the truth. If so many people have had similar bad experiences, I'd look at the common denominator: Larissa. So I'm just hoping that, by posting this, I'll be saving someone else a bad experience at the hands of Larissa.

I must say that you are unbelievably dishonest in your commentary. Indeed, nothing broke at all. However, if something did break we would have been happy to pay for it because it would clearly be our fault. Shame on you for trying to cover yourself with this blatant lie to seem like a victim in this circumstance. (If something was broken of that magnitude don't you think YOU would have called the local police?!) It would have been a very courageous act on your part to say instead that you were having a very bad day and now felt apologetic for your inappropriate response...Love and light to you.

Larissa shop is so beautiful, she has a wide variety of beautiful creams and candles and perfumes all made by designed by owner and made in America. It's the perfect place to buy romantic gifts for friends. She also sells gorgeous nightwear and fun pjs. I adore her shop. Lastly, she is so nice in the way she does the gift wrapping. She uses colorful tissue paper, with different soft satin ribbons and gorgeous bags sealed by logo sticker.

Great atmosphere, but over priced and VERY rude staff. Stares you down as you browse and very passively told me to leave if I wasn't going to buy anything.

Briefly. This is a hidden gem I'm so glad that one can find a non chain shop with not only interesting accessories and products. But what I will term as "custom teas". Found a unique gift for a relative and each time I visit I find something else to discover. Take a time to chat with the proprietress. This kind of remind me of quaint shops that are around Europe.

Larissa has the best bubble bath. The scents of the bubbles are beautiful. My favorite is the Rose. The scent stays in the bathroom even after the bath. Her bubble bath are something to experience. I have yet to try all the product line, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. All the PJ's are cozy and comfy. A great place to get a gift or to just gift yourself!!!!

I am totally in LOVE with Larissa Love's Candles that are custom-made and burn for 150 hours! I have tried the Chocolate Rose, Real Leather, Madagascar Peony, and my favorite Grapefruit! Larissa has them made in America, and they burn very clean and white. And the best part is that they make the whole house smell heavenly, for a really long time!

December 2018 by Stacey Rae G.
I made a recent purchase on the 24th of Dec. I went into the store to inquire about a pair of PJ's that were displayed in the window. The shop owner greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I explained I was looking for slim, form fitting pj's in an extra small. She informed me that she only had the bottoms in an extra small, but assured me that the size small top would be perfect. I expressed to her that I really wanted something that would not be loose fitting. So, when I asked where I could try them on, she stated, "we don't have dressing rooms, but these should fit you fine." I was a bit apprehensive, but thought to myself, "I could always return them if they didn't fit properly", so I made the purchase. It was my mistake for not verbalizing my concerns about refunds out loud to her and I take full responsibility for that. However, each situation is different. So, when the PJ's didn't fit as I wanted, I attempted to return them a few days later for a refund. Unfortunately, I was greeted with resistance by the shop owner when asking for a refund. She stated, "I don't offer refunds, only store credits. It states that on my receipts. Plus, my system doesn't even give refunds and I don't know how to do them." I said to her that I appreciate what she was offering, however, could she make an exception due to me being very specific of what I was looking for when I came into the store? "No" she said, she wasn't going to budge. I then began to recap the conversation she and I had on the day I purchased the items. She pushed back and began insulting me about the kind of shopper I was and how "no stores these days accommodate cash refunds". She wasn't interested in being the slightest bit flexible with my situation for a refund request. Hmm? Now, I am someone who appreciates store policies. What I do not appreciate, is being treated unprofessionally by a shop owner herself. Nowhere in the store or on my receipt did it indicate refunds where not possible. The shop owner displayed poor communication, poor customer service, insulted me after offering a store credit and was not willing to accept any responsibility that may have taken place on her part on the day of original purchase. Customer service is vital to a shop owner, today even more so. It is also equally important to treat each customer and each situation uniquely, to assure complete customer satisfaction and a customer returning. This was not the case here. I will not be recommending this establishment, nor will I shop in this establishment again. I have filed a claim with my CC.
