I called to get some information regarding service for my car and what services they would be able to provide. The person who picked up my call was not helpful, dismissive and disconnected the call while I was in mid-sentence. Unfortunate to say, I can't recommend their customer service, even if their technicians may be very good and knowledgeable as the other reviews say.

I’ve trusted the staff at Kondo Motors with my cars for 7+ years now and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I’ve had a Hyundai and Toyota and Kondo Motors have kept both running with excellent service over the years. Always helpful and friendly, I always trust I’m getting a true and fair assessment of what my cars need at a fair price.

This place is the real deal. I’ve been going to Kondo Motors for over a decade and only have good things to say about them! I’ve found them to be extremely honest and trustworthy, and are very prompt in getting work done. They take care of all my routine maintenance—they have given numerous oil changes to my different vehicles, as well as taking care of larger jobs like brakes, timing belts and replacing a radiator—all in a timely fashion and for a good price. Will and the rest of the staff are friendly and attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop—I feel lucky to have found it!

This is not the place to go for a consumer friendly experience.My brother, a very reputable mechanic purchased a brand new part for my vehicle. After a careful diagnosis, he made this purchase to replace the part on my vehicle that was not working correctly.My family made an appointment for the service, came in, and was told that Kondo would not install the correct part that my brother had purchased.This is especially disturbing given the fact that my family’s heritage centers on escaping tyranny— the very reason we fled the UK.Not having the time to reschedule, Kondo forced us to purchase from them, the exact same part my family’s mechanic had purchased for the repair.Based on behavior the mechanics at Kondo have zero interest in honoring their customers and are only here for profiteering from their own personal supply chain at the customer’s expense.Kondo’s utter disdain and complete lack of regard for personal freedom is bad for business and horrible for the planet.Shame on Kondo for supporting marketplace communism.

We’ve taken our cars to Kondo for years. They’re conscientious and knowledgeable. Fredo is well versed in Toyotas and he tells you the truth about the cars. It’s my shop of choice.

I damaged my driver’s side mirror and they sent me to order the part and installed it for me. Very good quality work and I was also needing an oil and lube. They did both very quickly and at a great price. They are my new service center. Thanks guys!

Years ago, a dealer told me I needed a new transmission for thousands of dollars and I was at the point of wondering if it would be better to buy a new car. Kondo Motors, recommended by a colleague, told me what I actually needed was a transmission service for something like $200. I have been a loyal customer ever since! They explain exactly what you need and why, and you never feel you are being upsold. Thank you Will and team!
