Tony is amazing! I just bought my first watch with him, and I could not have had a better experience. I ordered a Seiko watch that he didn't carry, and he managed to get it for me within only a couple days. He has wonderful communication, and is just genuinely a nice person and is very trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable, sweet, and makes your purchase feel special. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you!

I love The Jewel Shop. A beautiful store with a great selection of watches in stock. Very friendly personal service. I'm so happy with my Seiko 5 GMT Sports Watch that I purchased here from Tony. He is the kindest man and is extremely knowledgeable about all watches. I've been back twice for adjustments (free of charge) and Tony made sure that my watch fits perfectly. As a Santa Monica resident, I'm grateful that we have such high quality, personal businesses like this one around.

I went in to get my SCUBA watch repaired. Turns out one of the settings was messed up. The owner fixed it for me right there. Works great NO charge. He easily caught have taken it had me come back the next day and charged me. He didn’t. Stand up guy. Thanks.

Called today to inquire about a Breitling Navitimer. The lady I spoke with on the phone informed me that they had a watch I was interested in. Since it was an older model and I live somewhat far from the shop, I asked if she would kindly send me a photo or two. She refused. She also wasn't knowledgable and refused to let me speak to someone that could give me more information on the possibility of purchasing said watch with a different bracelet. She should take a class in customer service as now I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this Jewel shop they offer fine jewelry, I needed my battery replaced on my watch they were able to get it done within 30 minutes. The staff is super nice thank you so much for your help today would highly recommend this location

Great shop to buy a watch. Excellent selection of Breitlings, Seikos, Tags and Bulovas. Even hard to find models. I picked up a Seiko "panda" color variant, which is completely sold out everywhere. This shop had two in the case, and two other color options. Tony is very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop has changed physical locations a couple of times, but Tony has been selling watches in Santa Monica for over 40 years. I recommend stopping by.

I was in Santa Monica on vacation and visited the Jewel Shop to browse. They have an amazing selection of gorgeous jewelry and watches. The owner Tony, and his daughters were so friendly and helpful! I bought a beautiful bracelet and will be visiting again next time I'm in the area! Tony told me he had been in business there for 40+ years. I can see why - such great customer service! I'm also looking forward to the website that is being developed.
