This is a beautiful store and there are some amazing pieces, but I don't understand why all of the employees always have to be so rude and condescending. There's never a greeting when you walk in and if you don't look like you're made out of money you can forget about anyone trying to assist you while you shop.Most recently, I stopped in to return a gift I had received so that I could exchange it for something else (and purchase more) and, with the way the employee reacted, you would have thought I asked her to empty the contents of the register and hand them over. Because of this interaction, I bought much less than I initially intended to.It's great to be able to shop in person so that you can avoid the back and forth of purchasing online and returning, but the staff here ruin the entire experience. I only go into this store if I HAVE to. I'd rather deal with the inconveniences of ordering online than stop by and be made to feel less than welcome.Overall, this store offers a very disappointing experience. Don't go unless you must.

This is my favorite location! Such a clean, beautiful aesthetic in the store and the staff there are so kind. A special thanks to Lisa (I believe that was her name!) for being so wonderful and helpful.

This is a rating of JenniKayne as an online customer. There is no phone number, no chat functions, and no email support. When you order something, it's anyone's guess when it will arrive. When it arrives, and you want to ship it back, because of an issue, it's anyone's guess if or when your card will be credited. There's absolutely no communication. Their cashmere cocoon sweater runs extremely large. I returned 2 of them, and kept one as a bathrobe. One of the cashmere cocoons had a peculiar smell like it was sitting in plastics and got a chemical smell. You absolutely would need to wash it or have it dry cleaned before wearing it, so back it went. It appears like the sizing and quality of their materials is all over the map. I'll post a photo of the black cashmere cocoon sweater I kept but suffice to say it did get full of pills right away, it is soft, and it seems to get larger when washed on gentle. The sleeves are so wide that they hang out from my arms. It's more of a 3x than a 1x.

Took over a month to get 2 items the first time. Then I hesitantly purchased online again. Item canceled but instead of a merch credit of $150+ I get back $1.58 super nice responses (very professional) with NO RESOLUTION.. for almost 2 weeks. BEWARE of purchasing anything online. Absolutely worst experience. It's like buying something from overseas

Ugh. Another store where they are super nice while they are selling you, but super unhelpful and might I add, full of attitude when there is a problem with the merchandise. Avoid this overpriced, over hyped brand. Also if you do buy, size up no matter what the sales people try to tell you. Their shoes do not stretch.

I purchased the everyday sweater $145.00. Wore once-It piled under both arms. Took pictures - which I will post. Asked for refund. RESPONSE: check out this link for a sweater shaver. No apologies, no refund. Please do not purchase from a company that does not stand behind their product. How easy would it have been- to apologize and issue a refund. You might have kept a customer.
