Jack is an artist! He's repaired many pieces of expensive jewelry that was very tricky and they look amazing. He also made me a topaz and diamond ring that is stunning! I highly recommend him!!

I went to Jack's Jewelers for the first time and I'm so glad I did! I wanted to have a cufflink converted to a pendant on a necklace. The finished piece was so much more than I could have ever expected and it was beautiful. Not only is Jack's workmanship excellent, when I was explaining why I wanted to have this piece made, he knew how important it was to me and I could feel the tender loving care he put into it. So not only is Jack an excellent jeweler, he is also someone you want to do business with and is an absolute pleasure. Thank you Jack and Anna too!

I finally decided to get my Grandmother's engagement ring fixed and struggled to find a jewelry- after researching I found Jack and I am glad I did ! He took the time to try and find a matching pearl but after a few weeks with no success, he offered to replace the missing pearl by a turquoise so it would stay budget friendly. The result is amazing and I am happy to have found a local jeweler able to fix things !

The clasp on a necklace I love stopped working and I was beside myself. The necklace connects me to my friend Kate and I had to have it fixed straightaway; I couldn't be a day without it. I googled jewelers in my area, no one could sort me out same day except Jack! I found Jack to be professional, his pricing fair and he fixed my necklace in no time. Our experiences working with Jack and Anna so far have been great. Initially Jack resized my engagement ring - turnaround time was only a few days when I said that I would be traveling later in the week - I was really impressed by and grateful for that. As we were looking at wedding bands to purchase, Jack patiently went through various options with us and gave input on what styles and materials were of the best quality and would endure long-term. He suggested a wedding band to me that was smaller (and, so, also less expensive) than some others I was considering purchasing from him - this demonstrated a great deal of trust and integrity that can be hard to come by. Jack custom makes stunning jewelry, and will also work with existing pieces for which you want updating, etc. I hope to continue getting to work with Jack and Anna for long into the future!

At the last minute we decided to free ourselves from the stress of wedding planning and "elope" on a day that was special for us. With less than a week from decision to "I do", we needed rings! On a whim, we reached out to Jack and he stayed open for us to visit. So many things can cause stress when planning a wedding and even in the frantic push to elope our nerves were high. Jack made the experience so smooth. It ended up being the ONLY thing I didn't stress over. Each day when I look down at my left hand, I'm reminded of the entire journey to get married and also of Jack's warmth, kindness, and knowledge. We not only got rings that represent our marriage bond, we found our family jeweler.

Jack's has been around for decades. They have gorgeous jewelry and great customer service! They repair finer jewelry, which is hard to find these days.

Jack handled the setting of my grandmothers diamond into an engagement ring beautifully. He was trained as a master diamond setter since he was 16 years old and his jewelry is delicate and impeccable.

Jack resized a beautiful ring that I bought while on vacation. He communicated with me some of the risks of resizing a delicate piece as we had to go down 2.5 sizes. He made the adjustments and ensured the fit was perfect. It was my first time there, but my impression is that he’s knowledgeable and fair. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

This place is great! They resized my engagement ring for me in 1 day. Compared to other places that quoted me a 2 week wait. Definitely coming back to buy my wedding bands here. They have a nice variety.
