I purchased a couch and rug during their Memorial Day sale and left so happy! Duranson was such a pleasant person to work with . He helped guide me through the process of picking a couch & color. He was such a joy to work with ; he definitely has an eye for taste. Thank you again for my amazing couch , I love it.

The buying experience at Interior Define was great! Duranson was amazing. He took his time with me and went over all of my options - sofa selection, colors, etc. during the order process. I just received my beautiful couch and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend purchasing from Interior Define!

Highly recommend visiting the showroom and meeting with Reba. I started my journey online having ordered a bunch of free sample fabric swatches. I also put a sofa sized completely differently into my cart originally. Reba had been reaching out to me about their design services but I had my hands full with home renovations so I delayed responding for a while. I am so glad that I finally responded to her instead of buying online instead of sight unseen. She was so helpful with all of my needs (I have a lot of pets who are allowedon the furniture) and I have an awkward living room layout. The fabric I ended up going with was one that I never would have even considered by looking at the online colors. The size of the sofa I went with was different than what I would have selected online too because she was able to input my living room dimensions and layout into a program that not only gave me a scaled furniture layout but also a 3D layout too. It made the world of a difference. It also helped sitting on the sofa to see what depth I wanted, which was also different from what I would have ordered online without assistance. I walked away from Reba knowing that I made the right choice. Which, to me, is kind of a big deal when spending money on what is basically a custom sofa. Not only that, I was able to pick out custom accent pillows to go with the color of the sofa and not have to settle for the same color matching pillows. Lastly, a few days after I had purchased my sofa, I had an idea that I wanted to buy extra cushion covers to swap out when one set is in the wash. Reba to the rescue! She set up a custom order for me that was also a seamless process.
My takeaway is that whike I probably would have been sorta satisfied with an online purchase, the in store experience with Reba's assistance made me select what was truly right for me. I am so impressed by the design services and will absolutely buy from Interior Define for other rooms in the future. You're missing out if you don't, at minimum, get in touch with Reba and utilize their design services if you can't make it to a showroom. Oh, and the design services were free so it's a no-brainer.

I've really never had as good of an experience being helped by an employee to choose new living room furniture as I did at the Santa Monica Interior Define store. Reba Zavala instantly focused on what I needed and knew all the options. I am so impressed with her guidance to help me find exactly what I've been looking for. She is the person to see!

I had an excellent shopping experience alongside ID’s team member, Duranson. Together, we were able to sift through the many options and land on a custom couch / chair combo that will suit our space perfectly. I look forward to additional purchases in the future with Interior Define.

I was visiting L.A. in early January on holidays from the East Coast and stopped by the Interior Define in Santa Monica. I took my friend with me to show her a potential sofa I was thinking of ordering.We were greeted by Reba at the Wilshire Blvd location and I wanted to be clear with her that we were not there to purchase that day, rather I simply wanted to give my friend a preview of the sofa and seek my friend's thoughts. Honestly, I felt a bit bad as I didn't want to waste Reba's time!Reba could not have been more friendly, professional and supportive of all my queries and concerns. She was absolutely fine with us sitting on the sofa to try it out and, after asking to see my space online, Reba showed us different fabric samples so we could picture how the sofa would look. She also provided a wonderful overview of additional design services offered by Interior Define, and a great tip about lead time and ordering in advance.Reba is an absolute credit to Interior Define - she was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I'm so pleased to know that I can work with her on my order, even from the East Coast!

Nice products but the online scheduling doesn’t work. The designer wasn’t there when I arrived for my appt. I drove over an hour so it was a big disappointment. Victoria the sales girl was very nice and helped with swatches but I had a conversation with Diana about the chair I was looking for prior to my appointment so I don’t understand what happened.

Jared and Victoria were so helpful during the entire process of purchasing a new bed. I had quite the journey selecting my favorite fabric since there are so many great options to choose from. Victoria created some great digital references to show how the bed might look together with my existing furniture which was so helpful. Jared was always a moment away to answer any questions. Waiting for delivery and hopeful that all my wildest dream will come true.
