NIGHTMARE service department. My first Jaguar XF diesel was getting 8PMG. The service department refused to acknowledge their was anything wrong and instead had the nerve to tell me this was normal. 6 months and 8 service appointments fighting and arguing until someone replaced the fuel chip module sensor. BIG SURPRISE within 24 hours my XF diesel started getting 25-55 MPG!! Fast forward to JAG number 2. Got the XE straight off the showroom floor took it to Nashville. 3 years later lease is up. I decide to buy the vehicle from Jaguar Nashville and roll ceramic coating into the financing. It's one plate state so the dealership took the front plate off and our mouths DROPPED! Bumper looks like hamburger under the plate! I have never see anything like this. $4000.00 in damage. 7 crudely made screw holes instead of the standard 2 (which is normal and easy to fill with bumper plugs) The gas lighting continued. They claimed it was JAGUAR USA policy to install that way. I called Jaguar and found out they lied. Big surprise! Jaguar said "No absolutely not, that is not how we install plates" I will be filing a law suit!. I also know for a fact that they lie to the customer about the amount of time it takes to service the vehicles so they can over charge them and stack the work load. If your Land Rover or Jaguar needs 3 hours to repair they will charge you for 6 hours and then use the 3 hour space to repair another vehicle, also overcharging that customer. These people are shady scum bags! RUN AWAY!

On Saturday, December 9, 2023 I drove over to the Jaguar dealership in SM to see if there was a car I could move into from my current car. And sure enough I was in the right place at the right time as I saw the car for me. A black Jaguar Epace, fully loaded. I then ran into salesman Ara. He was calm, funny, sweet and zero pressure. I told him my story and he said don't worry I will take care of you and I will make this happen. I told him what I wanted my monthly payments to be at and with a little back and forth and a few hours later we got the deal done. I highly recommend Ara and even the whole sales team, who were very helpful throughout the day. And on a side note: this dealership is recently renovated and has new ownership and I for one could tell the difference.

Great and faster services with excellent resources and trustworthy coordinators if you need a new Range Rover or Jaguar they have variety and Quality vehicles.

I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional gentleman, Ara Kharazyan, when I bought my new Range Rover. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions with expertise and patience, and was wonderful to work with. He gave me a great deal on my new car and gave me very fair trade in value for my old Range Rover. I'm so glad he was there when I walked in to the showroom. What a luck out! Definitely request Ara to assist you on your next new vehicle purchase. While filling out all of the paperwork, Kat Marezi, was lovely and extremely helpful explaining everything in precise detail for me. She offered protection packages that were essential for the longevity of my new car, protecting my investment. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable she was. She was kind and pleasant to work with.This dealership definitely earned their 5 stars!

I came here to purchase my Land Rover Range Rover Sport. Ara helped me and I would say the process was extremely easy. Ara made the financing work and got me approved. Such a great experience with Land Rover Santa Monica!

I wish I could put zero stars.Paid $1426.70 for basically an oil change and inspection. Was ok with it even though it was obnoxiously high. What I did have a problem with was the payment- the dealership doesn't accept Amex (really???) or checks (understandable). We recently had to cancel our visa bc our card number was stolen. So I brought cash. When I went to the cashier, she rudely told me they don't have change. I gave her $1426 and she asks me "where is the 70 cents"Seriously, this dealership couldn't take a 70 cent loss after overcharging me for a glorified oil change? Unacceptable. May be worth mentioning that I bought my car from this dealership. NEVER NEVER NEVER coming to this disgusting dealership again. Do yourself a huge favor and go to another Los Angeles dealership

Worst experience of my life. I was blindsided with an almost $6000 estimate for damages to a loaner vehicle 8 days after returning it although the staff member and I walked around it together upon my return 8 days prior. After two weeks of being in a loaner my vehicle was said to be done only to have to return it the following day for the same problems. Upon returning it for the said completed repairs, I was asked to drive my vehicle in an abandoned parking structure with two male staff in order for them to confirm the problems reported were still happening. After confirming the issues they kept my vehicle an additional week and upon my second return the advisor states that problem (that they’ve had to fix several times before) is an ongoing issue with my Fpace in which a bulletin was initially released 3 to 4 years ago. In total, my vehicle was returned to me 3 times so far and I’ve had to return it back less than 24hrs later with the same issues still occurring. My vehicle has been being repaired for 2 months now and counting. This whole experience is a nightmare and extremely triggering.

Buying cars can often be a royal pain. However, Jaguar, Land Rover, Santa Monica is truly a nice place to buy from.We spent a Sunday afternoon looking and buying a beautiful Jaguar, and very much appreciated the professionalism of the sales rep, sales manager, and finance manager. Everyone was a real pro and very genuinely nice person.Everything was done in a very efficient manner. I highly recommend this auto agency if you are in the market for either a jaguar or Land Rover.

However, Jaguar, Land Rover, Santa Monica is truly a nice place to buy from.We spent a Sunday afternoon looking and buying a beautiful Jaguar, with the help of an outstanding Sales Rep named Kevin, and very much appreciated the professionalism of the sales rep, sales manager, and finance manager. Everyone was a real pro and are all genuinely nice persons.Everything was done in a very efficient manner. I highly recommend this auto agency if you are in the market for either a jaguar or Land Rover.

I was in search of the perfect car for my husband. I reached out to 4 dealers in Southern California that I saw online had a car in stock. They were all more or less in the same price range however, only one of them didn't play the games. Mesfin, if Santa Monica responded asap with pictures and open transparent information. I was very clear us to the parameters that we wanted to stay in on pricing the year of the car, the fact that it had to be a convertible and that we had a trade-in. Three of the dealers came in at almost $1000 over what we finalized the car, after I was very clear as to where we needed to be, and they all said, come in and let's see what we can do. that wasn't the case with Santa Monica they were clear about what the payments were going to be. They didn't play any games. My husband is a very busy lawyer and doesn't have the patience to six hours at the dealership. I explain that to Santa Monica they had the car ready we went in at 11 o'clock and we were done by one. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. Vivian the manager was an absolute pleasure as was everyone in every department they made leasing this car painless. Moving forward they will get all my business. I also drive a Range Rover, which I will go back to them and continued business on.

This rating is for service department. Very favorable 180 degree shift from the horrible service I received for years from Southbay. First, I was able to schedule an appointment within a few weeks and was given a loaner car without any issue or delay. Secondly, the communication before/during the process was contemporary and timely (thanks Paul). Lastly, the issues with my vehicle were completed on time and appear to be remedied (one of which Southbay was unable to fix after two attempts). This experience may have brought me back to LR after current lease expires.

Let me start off by saying that Vivian and Lance are the best! This was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. It's one thing to treat customers with kindness, but they made me feel like family. They went above and beyond to make the process seamless for me. During my work day, might I add. The level of care, patience & expertise is absolutely unmatched. If you are in the market for a new car, RUN, don't walk, to Land Rover in Santa Monica and make sure to ask for Vivian & Lance. 5 stars for the dealership, but 10 stars for these two amazing people. Thank you for everything! I love my new car!

Last month I bought a Range Rover Sport and worked with Derek. I live in Scottsdale AZ, so all of our interactions were done via phone call and text. I found Derek to be knowledgeable, personable and really appreciated his follow up and feedback on upgrades that I wound up making to the vehicle. Amazing experience and very happy with my new range!

I purchased from Kenny and had such a positive experience. He was straightforward, friendly, super prompt answering questions, and helpful. He walked me through some of the key features of the car and went into more detail a second time when I brought my spouse to pick it. I have been going to their Land Rover service, who are also terrific, and this was my first time buying from this dealership. I am so glad I did. I have test driven at other Land Rover locations, and perhaps because this is a sellers' market, other locations didn't seem to care, but my experience at Santa Monica was entirely different. So welcoming and easy, and it's evident from the first hello from Kenny to Tony in Finance. A huge thank you to them for making my first memories in this car such good ones!
