This location has 2 levels. The men’s section is upstairs. Ladies on the main level. You can always find decent prices here and nice outfits.

I had several bad experiences at this location. Lee, the store manager is the reason I will never step foot into this H&M location ever again. He has been incredibly rude to me on several occasions. I had a simple online return to make and it was convenient for me to do in store... but Lee came over (when an employee was already helping me ) and spoke to me in a passive aggressive tone about how he would never want something as ugly as what I bought online in his store location and kept explaining to me that I should return it via mail because the was no way anyone would purchase this item. ( it was a plain colored sweater in a size small) He kept asking me to never do an online return to his location and kept saying "do you understand" in a condescending way. I have a very calm presence and don't tend to be confrontational nor do I ever want to be confrontational ... however, I did let him know he did not need to be rude to me . I later checked the online return policy and it states that you can in fact return your online orders to a local H&M. Don't let Lee Bully you at this location, because that is what he is.

One of the worse ones, not a very good selection unless you live in slacks. It's weird that there is not more on trend items here yet it is in third street promenade. It's just ok.

Worst customer service ever; they won’t accept returns in the last 30 minutes of the day. Is this a real policy? If yes, how are customers supposed to know about this before driving all the way here and bringing a bunch of items? It was 6:35, no one was in line in front of me, and they turned me away. Next time, please be ready to show me the policy if it’s not made up on the go.

Ok so I went to make a purchase and the cashier did not ask for my membership ID. I forgot about it and saw something else I needed when leaving so I come back and make my purchase at the cashier right next to the first one.The second cashier asks me if I am a member and I say yes. I make my second purchase with my ID and ask to add the first purchase to it for my points.I pull up the first receipt and the cashier goes « well there already is a member ID used for this receipt ». I then tell him obviously not mine since the number does not match. He does not apologize and says he will fix it.He goes ahead and refunds the whole thing without telling me until it is done. I then complain that the other cashier must have put his own member ID but he doesn’t say anything.In fact he is the manager and seeing how he is behaving and looking at the first cashier I understood that they were both in on this shady system they almost pulled off.Beware because management is doing shady stuff that this location.

I was trying to replace an item and the store manager (LEE) told me to go to the original H&M store where I bought it even though that’s not their policy and he did not show me policy to confirm his claim and just told me to check online

The manager sucks. I came to return $170 worth of items and he wouldn't let me return because it was over $150 mark. They wonder why no one buys from your store it's because the store layout sucks. The items are a mess and they don't make it easy for the customers

The manager of this store needs a crash course in managing. How do you only have one employee at a register with a full line of people and 4 other employees just standing around? Ridiculous service
