Love these guys! I always use them for any car repairs as need be, but I also have come to them several times with questions about my car that didn't require actual service and they were happy to help me out free of charge. So happy I live so close to Hermans and appreciate the amazing customer service! Thank you!!

Great service! Gary for was very professional and friendly. He knew they had a busy schedule, so he advised me to call the following week and they were able to fit me in. Not so good. Estimator was thorough & personable. When I called about 5 weeks later to set a time to bring the car in & ask a question about the estimate Caesar bruskly told me he doesn’t have time to look for an estimate that far back & I would have bring the car by & start over.My experience at Anthony’s body & paint was excellent by contrast

Beyond 5-star! Honest, relaxed, on time, excellent quality work, estimate matches final bill. Brought my car in Friday afternoon with gouge in passenger door. Gary walked out, took notes, described the repair, gave me a rough estimate of time and cost. The written estimate was in my email before I got home. Brought my car in following Monday, 8 am. Picked it up Thursday at 3 pm, on the early side of Gary’s estimate. Cost was exactly as estimated. Could not possibly be better or easier to deal with. Good on you guys! I had a problem with my window trim (or so I thought). I took it to Herman's Auto Body for review. Gary listened to my concerns, was timely in sending me a quote for the parts I requested, followed up, and answered all of my questions in a direct and honest manner - ultimately helping me solve the mystery of the water-filled door. I accidentally side swiped my boyfriends car and took off the passenger mirror. It's an older vehicle but I took it straight to the dealership to make an appointment and order the piece needed to replace the mirror. They were gonna charge me minimum $1000 for the part. I almost fainted but it needed to get done. I then called our family mechanic, Joy automotive, and they referred me to Herman's. They send all their clients there and said they are trustworthy. I was so happy so I went early in the morning when they opened to see if they could help me. They were very honest, trustworthy, reliable and fixed our problem in a couple hours (once the part came in). I'm not the only review who raves about this long standing family owned business, but I just had to add to the raving. Also, they are closed on weekends. Closed on weekends means they actually care about their employees and understand that they have a life and families which you do not see in 2022 with most other businesses. Thanks again for helping be right my wrong fast and efficiently.

Our family was recommended by Joy Automotive, a very trustworthy local mechanic. I was nervous to go elsewhere but when I called about a broken mirror, they told me the best place to get serviced was Herman’s. I spoke to Gary in person who helped me out with my issue with a very reasonable and affordable quote. It felt like a family owned business and they were quick to fix my car. They are closed weekends which I admire meaning they care about their employees and want them to enjoy their own time with family. We had another issue with our vehicle that they fixed out of the goodness of their hearts which is very unheard of in 2022! There is no place better to take your business if you want the job done right by trustworthy professionals who have your best interest and treat you like family. Thank you Herman’s Auto Body for everything!

Gary at Herman's helped me replace my passenger side mirror. He ordered the part for me and had it painted before hand so I can just go in for the swap before I headed into work. It was effortless and they did a fantastic job. I shopped around for prices and they charged me the same that competitors in the area were offering but they were much more responsive and made the process easier, not to mention they were the closest to where I live so it was really a no-brainer. Hopefully I don't have any accidents in my future but this is LA so If the day comes for more body repairs, this establishment is my go-to.

Herman's Auto Body is an outstanding body shop. Tony knows his stuff, treats you transparently and fairly, works to get a good price, and gets the job done in a more than reasonable amount of time. Highly recommended.
