I went to Walgreens yesterday to pick up my prescription. It was $76.00, I used GoodRx and ended up paying only $13.06! They should be called excellent RX!

rebecca the provider is great, but goodrx as a company sucks!Why do you have agents answering the phone that can't see prescriptions? I know it is because of HIPAA, but you need specialized agents or something because if a change needs made it is literally impossible to get it done.What's even crazier is the phone agents can't call the goodrx providers.So I, a non-medical person have to ferry between the providers who are busy with new patients and the phone agents to tell them what people in their own company are doing!The regular agents just say they can't see my scripts. They send you to live chat. The chat people don't read the notes before them so they just reply generically.If you are going to offer telehealth, your support needs access to prescriptions.I as the customer shouldn't be the middle man communicating between the departments of your company about what is going on.

I just ordered the gold plan and paid ***** for a year when my statement arrived they charged me twice, there is no customer service number or email to contact them the phone stops ringing says call back later they do not send a welcome packet with card just downloaded a card info for pharmacy no way to speak with a rep and get my acct refund bank says they have to send back the double charge. Help

I have been emailing support ("Kyle") since 3/21/23 trying to make him understand that the price for glaucoma eydrops (Bimatoprost , 0.03%) is significantly different between any PC and APP in portable devices. For example, 3 vials 0f 0.03% are $68.75 on their APP (iphone) and $90.52 on any PC for my location (02472). CVS confirmed the $90.52 is right price. Trying to make "Kyle" understand the issue in like administering medicine to the dead! Totally BRAIN-DEAD.He has even refused to send my emails to those empowered to correct the issue! So, finally am mailing a letter to corporate! In prior months I have found other meds with same issue but those are not important to us. They have a database problem! Shoddy quality control on updates of coupon prices!

Today was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered with GOODRX's Coupon Service. Because both my mom (92) and I (67) are on Medicare, with NO drug coverage, I've use GoodRX primarily for our meds, ever since becoming familiar with the company and its advantages. As I've done in the past, I entered the seven (7) prescriptions that had recently been sent to the Rite Aid in my area, following a great deal of time price comparing other local pharmacies. (Six (6) of the prescriptions were for my 92 year-old mom.) Because my mom and I don't have drug coverage and rely primarily on GoodRX, as well as am aware that the pricing can fluctuate often, I requested a six (6) month, 180-day supply, from our doctor, for each our medications. (Our doctor honored our request, since they are medications we take regularly.) I queried each drug, putting in the required information requesting 180 tablets for each. In return, I was presented with a coupon indicating the name, strength, and quantity along with pricing for those 180 tabs. I took "screenshots" of each of the coupons, after seeing that Rite Aid had the most competitive pricing, and then contacted the pharmacy, (Rite Aid), providing them with the coupon information for each of the prescriptions needed. Imagine my surprise when the pharmacy manager and/or tech gave me different pricing than what was indicated on the coupons, informing me that MY medication was being kicked out of the system and I could only get 90 tabs, yet my mom's medications were going through. It wasn't until I contacted GoodRX customer service and was INFORMED that the policy is that only a one or 3-month supplies are permitted. I SAW NOTHING THAT INDICATED THAT POLICY and when I reiterated it to both the pharmacy AND GoodRX customer service/advocacy, it seems their hands were tied! IF it would have been INDICATED SOMEWHERE that 6-month supplies of meds are NEVER an option, it would have lessened the aggravation for everyone!

I’m very disappointed in my experience with GoodRx Care online doctor. I’ve done my research and the doctor agreed that medicine can help my issue. I’ve extensively researched and found the best prescription with the fewest side effects is actually the cheapest drug as well.The doctor tried pushing me to a different drug which has many more harsher side effects. I again requested the cheaper drug with less side effects. Why would you push the higher cost drug with more side effects??? Hhhhhhm…..I eventually gave up after 15minutes of no response.What an absolute waste of my time. Avoid GoodRx Care…. Something is definitely wrong with this program.I requested a full refund of the doctors visit as well and no surprise…. They don’t respond. F- rating.

Through the past several years, GoodRx has saved me hundreds, if not thousands on prescriptions. If you fill prescriptions (and who doesn't,) you owe it to yourself to check out this service. While some of my scrips are 100% covered by my insurance, those requiring a copay often cost much less with GoodRx. So easy to use: just type in your medication and you'll get pricing at pharmacies near you. The website recently added additional services such as telemedicine services and a"Gold" plan, but I have no experience with them, and I suppose some of the negative reviews and complaints here have resulted from that. But the ability to price-shop your meds and save is a blessing. Never has a pharmacy insisted that I must use insurance instead of GoodRx, nor pay a higher price than theirs. This is a wonderful service first recommended to me by my physician.

There was something EXTRA to go along with this already awesome gift of giving. Certainly, there has to be a catch. First, I looked at the Gold Member prices and I thought that just was because I signed up for the savings. Well, you can get a "free trial" BUT you must enter a credit card... Which I don't have OF COURSE, I APPRECIATE THE SAVINGS AND GOODNESS ALLOWED USING GOOD RX. I am however in a position where any extra savings would be a blessing.GOOD. Rx is an awesome resource for those that need help!!! Thank you, Good Rx

I logged in to speak to a doctor. Gave them my cc number with assurance that I wouldn't be charged if they didn't help me. They informed that they couldn't diagnose me without being seen. Sorry.tyen charged my card 49.00. Fraud..don't use them.

This company really cares about helping us to save money on our prescription costs! I wish more people knew about GoodRX. I think I have my Walgreen's pharmacist to thank for showing me that I could use a discount card to bring my cost down. Be sure to ask your pharmacist if you're able to receive any discounts before paying too much for your prescriptions! Thanks, GoodRX :)

GoodRx has been amazing from the first day I started using their free coupons. I decided purchase a membership a few months back. I have yet to be disappointed. The customer service is outstanding. They are so eager to help and extremely friendly. They go out of their way to do what they can save you money and get you the best prices.

Great first high end apartment for new players. It's only $200k and it's near the beach. Players can easily start their first heists here but they obviously need to be rank 12. The view here is amazing the garage space is 10, which is perfect for new players. I highly recommend purchasing this apartment.
