Worker refused to charge us and took away items we were willing to pay for, because we were wanting to confirm charge was correct. (apparently the gesture offended her ) Then when asked to speak with a higher management they refused to take my name or number or give out any information to fix issue. Only kept repeating that she had the right to refuse service when i brought up if she wasnt an owner why would she be willing to cost the owner money. I would like to speak with owner if possible.

The lady has a terrible attitude & we asked for managers number and she refuse to give us the number. It’s a decent place sadly they don’t know how to hire correctly. I recommend to go to Sand n’ surf which is located on Broadway store which is a block away.

This store in Santa Monica has many nice souvenirs, good prices and a great variety to choose the ones you like the most, I recommend it 100% for souvenirs and it is very close to the Santa Monica Pier (half a block)

They sold us a shirt with a huge baseball sized hole in the back (probably selling reject shirts) and we were not allowed to exchange it for the same shirt design that wasn't damaged.
