I would recommend testing Ross Gerber for drugs. He looked like he was on something in his last interview. It’s a true concern for people who trust him with their money.

I want to share my experience with Wendy at Gerber Kawasaki. When I went to invest my money I stated that I wanted to live off income. I am disabled, I had cancer, and retired. I had expressed this was the only money I had for retirement. I never lived off income. When I wanted to get it out she wouldn't return my emails and I had to talk to her supervisor. I lost vast amounts of money by her mismanaging everything I own. I wanted to put a deposit on house but she wouldn't let me have access and even came to my house just to convince me not to take it out! My experience with this business has been absolutely, utterly, and heavily disappointed.

Brett helped me with some Tax loss harvesting and set me up for success. Saved me plenty of money. I value the work they do. Recommend working with Brett and also getting a good strategy. If you are not sure if you will want help long term let them know you can get advice for a reasonable price. Worth it when making long term decisions. Thanks guys

I was looking for a new company to help me with my taxes and Gerber Kawasaki were the most proactive in responding to me questions, and since I engaged them they have been excellent. So I guess after a couple of weeks it is going well.

I had my hearing in small claims court against Gerber Kawasaki today. At the end of hearing, I literally had the judge calling Ross Gerber a liar. It was so awesome to witness. Ross is about as unprofessional and dishonest as they come. Avoid this company at all costs. Will be inquiring with the court if I can press for perjury charges. All will be revealed in my upcoming blog about the company. F U Ross!

Just average so far been with kyle and his team since fall of last year. Super early but so far the investments they have made have been super questionable. I told Kyle I will give him till the end of the year to see how things progress. He mentioned that would not be enough time. So my advise before you go into business with these guys is to make sure you know what you are getting. So far I have not seen any profit at all, but again super early. Kyle is a super nice guy, but takes him a while to get back to me. Makes sense since they have so many clients, but really customer serve could be a lot better. For example asked Kyle to look at some documents and took him forever to get back. But once he did he took the time to explain things and all my options. Of course only time will tell if this was a good move.

This review is for Ross Gerber. We were with Ross Gerber for only a short period of time (6 months) but ended up leaving because he turned out to be the worst experience that we have had with a financial professional. Over the course of the six-month engagement where he earned $70K in fees and made investments that yielded almost $300K in losses, he never provided any long-term or cohesive financial strategy (aside from investing in high multiple technology stocks at the beginning). In addition to failing to provide any modicum of strategic investment advice, Gerber didn't return calls promptly nor had an associate do so. It was often a two to three-week wait and then an email with available times based on his schedule. Instead of responding promptly, Gerber spends his time on Twitter and other social media sites. Hence the reason that he doesn't have time to meet with you. When we informed him that we were leaving his firm - we were sent emails insisting that his firm "was the best in the business and that there was no one better at doing this than him". It is interesting that he would say this since his investments lost money for us. This was a high-pressure sales tactic that reeked of desperation. His interpersonal skills are awful and he has no self-awareness whatsoever. My recommendation is to avoid this individual at all costs if you value your money and would like to be treated professionally. Robby L. has been fantastic to work with. I'm quite new to investing, and Robby has made the whole endeavor feel easy and manageable. He has been honest and forthcoming about the investments that he believes would benefit me, and proactive in those conversations. Robby is not only transparent in the process, but he is also a great communicator and seasoned financial planner. I felt from the beginning that I was in great hands. I'm new to working with a dedicated financial advisor and have had the best experience with Dan M.! After providing some key details about my finances, Dan scheduled time for us to chat and went through an entire program for me and thoughtfully discussed my financial goals as well as made some suggestions to help me reach those goals faster. I'm a self-admitted novice when it comes to financial planning and the chat with Dan completely assuaged my fears. The account transfer process was seamless and Dan was available when a few questions came up.
