Gamefly is a terrible company with some of the worst, rudest, most unhelpful and condescending customer service reps I've ever seen. Avoid doing any business with them.

Was told my purchase was under review but they did not specify which purchase. Asked questions that weren't answered, like which order was an issue, and was not offered any help. Only received copy and paste answers. When I had a chance to call in to verify this order, I was placed on hold and then hung up on almost 10 minutes later. Worst customer service experience. Why do I have to jump through hoops to give a company my money.. Will not be dealing with GameFly ever again.
