He was able to help me find the right choice for me, and wasn't pushy. Very understanding and tried his best to help me find the right fit. I ended up having to do exchange but the second mattress I exchanged for ended up being the perfect fit. Very happy, thank you !!”

“DWR has the best customer service of all. When I first looked inside, I thought, "This stuff is 'within reach'? Of whom?'" But if you have the budget, they are professional, trustworthy, and stand by their products like no other. And they do have sales. If you're sitting for eight hours a day at work, get an Aeron or other great chair from DWR. You will be happy.”

“We purchased a mattress today. But it was not just any mattress—it was an Avocado! (In case you’re wondering, how anyone can sleep on an avocado, well, a few years ago I did try that and I learned to never drink more than two margaritas a week.) To sleep in an Avocado is easy—as long as it’s an Avocado mattress! We stopped by the store on Montana and were greeted by Julia. (Hope I spelled that right.) What a pleasure it was to work with her. I had a lot of questions. I had read the Consumer Reports review. (I love Consumer Reports! And they give great reviews of the Avocados—but they only talk about two of those offered for sale. And there are a lot more that deserve mentioning.)I had been shopping for two months. Watched Youtube videos on types of mattresses, and various manufacturers, and visited many stores.I quizzed Julia pretty extensively and she is very knowledgeable and polite and patient.As for the beds—they are so comfortable. I thought they were made from the wings of angels but they would never do such a thing like a harm an angel. Or anything else. They are very green.Back to the beds. The beds are great, the pillows are great, and the beds are guaranteed for twenty-five years so I plan on willing it to my Aldabra tortoise. (They live to be 150 years so he will get a lot of use out of it. Maybe I should leave him some extra cash so he can purchase another one. He will be 100 next year so he might need at least one more.) But the one i purchased will provide comfort and a great night’s rest for the rest of my life. What a way to go.Hugs and Peace.”

“I literally love these people, and that is not hyperbole.

The furniture is fantastic and reasonably priced, but the cherry on top is that the staff are so nice ? so helpful, so kind ❤️, and have such impeccable taste ✨?

Plus, if you see something in store it's usually not on back order, you can just take that literal physical thing that day. I just bought a bench for my bedroom on a whim during my lunch break. Now I can have a nice stylish place to sit, and I can also use it as a bench press (take notes fellow bros, lifehack right there ??)

I don't know where to start with my review as i have so much to say about Meryl and Tina who are the face to Designers Furniture.

It all started a few months ago when we had completed our living, den and dining area remodel and it was time to fill it up with furniture. I started perusing the web, visiting different furniture stores however I felt that it was going to be very difficult to put all the pieces together and visualize how it will end up. its not like you can bring home a couch and if it doesn't fit take it back and even if you could think of all the back and forth, time and energy wasted. one day i decided to make a wish to find someone who can design and pick the furniture for me. my wish came true when i found Designers Furniture. i called and booked an appt to visit Meryl and discuss our needs.
From the moment we walked into their showroom in santa monica to the day i received my furniture it was the best experience!
Merryl and Tina were sincere, passionate, and professionals. They’ve been in the business for a very long time and knew how to help us navigate the process of design and choosing furniture.
The first step was for Meryl to visit our house and take the measurements and draw up a design.
Next she started putting together the furniture based on our overall desires as well as input from her.
Followed up with the fabrics and color schemes for each area.
Throughout the whole process she kept us informed of the deliverables as well as where we were at any given time throughout the project.
She bent over backwards to find the perfect combination of the furniture throughout the home.
Meryl is passionate, smart, sincere, patient, and is great to work with. I would recommend Meryl and Tina for all your projects and can’t rave enough about them and the overall experience I had.
I’m enjoying my home now filled with beautiful and durable furniture with a tasteful design.

“Marco Polo Imports did an amazing job at creating 10 dining room chairs for me. The chairs my interior designer needed from Pottery Barn were completely out of stock and we were stuck because those chairs are only sold at Pottery Barn.

I found Marco Polo Imports after searching the web for a week straight. I texted Michelle a picture of the chair and they were able to create 10 chairs that were an exact match of the Pottery Barn chairs. They shipped all the chairs from California all the way over to my doorstep on the East Coast in Virginia.”

“Danny let me try every mattress, I mean every single one. We lost our things in the Palisades fire and Danny was as comforting as the mattresses .... I am so excited for mine and cannot recommend enough! Thank you Danny and Nest , I will be under my weighted blanket until further notice.”

“This is an update to my purchase. The delivery was super fast and I was surprised it got here so quickly. You have to air out the LoveSac for several days and keep rolling it out and puffing it out like what the directions states. Take a look on YouTube on directions on how to put the cover on since the directions it comes with is not clear so it's not frustrating. The Sac has latches you tie to the cover like a shoe lace so make a double knot so it stays on. You will need a friend to help. Once it's attached Keep rolling and zipping! Once we watched the video by the founder it was super easy and quick to put on!I absolutely love it! It's so soft and comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. 3.5 instead of 5 because I expected a follow up call on some help or tips on how to put the cover on and didn't receive a call back. A simple suggestion to watch the video will raise the bar on putting the cover on which relieves the anxiety. Over all great value. So happy I picked this for my living room space. It really opened it up!”

“Love, love love!!! I recently just had my sofa delivered from sofa U Love. Comfort-wise, it’s incredibly supportive and plush, with just the right balance of softness. Delivery was prompt, and the setup was hassle-free. Overall, their sofas are the perfect combination of style, quality, and comfort.”

“This is a small Target and doesn't always have items that other Target might have, but I am grateful. I often compare their house brand Up and Up with the name brand products and I have been impressed with the quality and price savings, especially when I compared prices with CVS's housebrand.

I downloaded their app, which is very helpful, because the app tells you if that item you are looking for is IN STOCK and gives you options of other stores if it isn't in stock.

The staff is limited too, and when you need an item from one of their locked cases, you need to be patient. They also want you to go to the Self Serve check out stations too.

Parking down below the store. The entrance to the parking is on 16th street, just south of Wilshire.”

“Contrary to some of the reviews, I experienced great customer service from staff at this particular location as well as from corporate after I had to cancel an order and get refunded. The process was difficult but the managers, especially Edwin and Josh, handled it very smoothly. Also recommend speaking with Sonja—she’s super friendly and helpful. Thank you!”

“Fantastic store, great staff. For all of those complaining about things being locked up then you need to go and leave a bad review on the LA city council page - not target. If we have criminal and drug enforcement, then everything wouldn’t have to be locked up in order for the store to stay in business. Let’s not have more stores shut down, vote for city leaders that are pro safety and cleanliness.”
