Store was locked when I walked up. 3 other people waiting outside to go in and other customers were inside. I understand wanting to limit how many people are I the store at a time as to not get mobbed and people steal, but then the owner after about 5 mins of me waiting, longer for others, posts a store closed sign and told us to come back in 45 mins.
