I see lots of negative reviews in the past, but I recently visited this location and customer service was great. My financial advisor, Mr. Mooney, was helpful, knowledgeable and clearly answered all of my questions.

Only use Fidelity if you are going to primarily invest in Fidelity funds. Investing only in Fidelity funds is a foolish strategy since TRowe Price funds are better and Vanguard funds cost less. STAY AWAY!

Fidelity Premium Services / Fidelity Managed Account Services (actual location varies and there is no continuity of representatives) charged $476 to lose about $8,000 in account value from 52K to 44K in 2022 through their "professional management."They are difficult to reach, representatives turn over frequently, and unless you pay significant fees the only thing they will help you with is transaction assistance. Much of this assistance is also fee based. While all investments can lose value, there is a perception that "paid, professional management" should provide value, not simply contribute to your losses.Strongest possible caution!

Never had a hassle here, partly because I do my homework before I've gone inside. Know what you want and stick to your plan. Others have complained about fees. They're not a charity, so be prepared to pay for your "change of mind". Fees decrease the more you have invested, so if you're a day-trader churning through stocks, expect fees, fees, fees. If you've got an active MF with high management costs, you're gonna pay more.Difficult people are everywhere. Either learn to navigate the Fidelity landscape or maybe use another company. No problems here.

The worst Fidelity Office to which I have ever been. Some of the most offensive and rude individuals ever. Fidelity definitely has a problem finding qualified individuals to staff its offices, but when you starting staffing with rude, nasty, and incompetent individuals ... well, that's a new low ...even for Fidelity.

Worst worst customer service by a financial institution. I wanted to transfer my 401K to fidelity. I wanted my papers notarized. I had to visit three times. At the end they refused to notarize my documents saying, even though you have account with Fidelity and also even if you are transferring to Fidelity and also even though you are showing to submit these papers to us we can’t notarize ‘non Fidelity’ documents.I lost my one and half day vacation time to take refusal. It is their loss as they lost my three accounts and my company account.I will not recommend Fidelity to any one as they are not even loyal to their own customers.

This Fidelity guy they always cheat you on fees when you do option every single time you buy or sell they take a cut I would call them thieves who dress nicely especially when there is But Volatility in the stock market that's when they Steal you the mostEvery single transaction they must get a cut from you .. and why they always charge you margins even though you have enough on cash they switch it to margin a cut like Seesaw professional Thieves

Called Fidelity to ask about cashier's checks, waited 30 minutes, still on hold and hung up. Waited in line here, quite a long time, to get a cashier's check for an apartment lease-- then was told they don't do cashier's checks. Went to the post office for a money order instead, and Fidelity blocked the transaction because it was for more than $2500. Called Fidelity, said it has to go through a special department to raise the limit-- waited 60 minutes with no answer. What kind of bank can't get someone on the phone in SIXTY MINUTES for a person waiting at a postoffice with a newborn baby? They want to compete with brick and mortar banks but this is a complete and utter failure. Unfortunately will be switching back to BOA.

There is an electronic video monitor and one person to meet you at the door. The agent talks to you via video and you drop your deposit in a box. Very safe

I have gotten nothing but friendly service from this particular fidelity location. They are very helpful in person and on the phone. I've never had a bad experience with Fidelity on any particular issue. They are very helpful in explaining what the official procedures are and what I must do to abide by those. Their communication is very clear and helpful. I expect to be a Fidelity customer for a long long time.

terrible customer service at this location. They seemmore interested in making things difficult for clientsinstead of reaching out to help clients. now instead of talking to a person you only get a person on a computer screen. It feels like entering a jail .

Stay away They fire clients for complaining . Even if you complain to supervisor, the supervisor fires this client . They are very discriminating indeed. If you have an accent , a comment or complain about long hold or wrong information they fire you . Very political , very disgusting , limited knowledge by representatives. Fidelity has to close . They conduct business by practicing many illegal actions . They will freeze your accounts without warning without explanation ! Only because you make a remark how bad they are , how slow, incompetent and unprofessional they are . I am so much happier where I am now !

The Santa Monica office has excellent financial advisors who really research what works best for their clients. Elisabeth Maiden is very professional, knowledgeable, and wants the best for us. Everyone in the office are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Fidelity office for retirement and investment advice.
