I've been here a few times and have always had a good experience. Today the girl was really nice who helped me, she could have sent me back home to reprint a label that I poorly printed but instead she printed it for me. I said thank you and she said no worries.. I thought that was really cool. ? Thanks

Always smells like the worst body oder in this location. I'll be kind and not name names -but one of the staff member smells like he's never taken a shower in his life. Hygiene should be taken into consideration (not just for customers) but I truthfully feel bad for the staff members that have to be in such a small square footage for full day shifts-it doesn't seem sanitary or feel fair to them. I drive to a further location just for this reason.

I wanted to ship something on my way to work and just assumed FedEx would be open at 8:50. Nope - this location opens at 9. There was a homeless man loitering and I was about to go find something to do for 10 mins when an employee saw me and opened a little early. They were able to print the label generated by my office when I emailed the PDF to them. They packaged my item snugly in a cut-to-size box so that it arrived safely. They were really nice about everything. Great service!

The customer service is pretty good! The printango email, used to print from your mobile or laptop device can use and upgrade in transference of information, but other than that, the machines work great! I've never really had any problems at this location.

FEDEX has Lost some important documents including my dr. Degree diploma. This is having a great impact in my life. FEDEX will take no responsibility about it. They won’t even assume the cost of issuing new documents? Why do they even have an insurance? Will never again ship anything through them, there are hundreds of other shipping companies out there.

This fricken location is one of the more racist and one the most meanest staff locations I will never ever do nothing at this location they are all rude. 1/5 review never going back to this location never go at less you wanna get miss treated.
