I had a super-rushed order first thing in the morning and Amber helped me figure out how to email the print order to their store. (The online ordering system kept resizing my order, which did not work for my project.) I was printing candy bar wrappers for some allergy-free pea not butter cups my daughter is handing out today - she is running for school president. First Amber, then Joe helped me with the order. Joe had to make some changes, because the wrapper was slightly too small for the candy bar as it was designed. (I used an Etsy designer.) Joe managed to get me the right size, then made it possible to print two on a page because the cost for 120 candy bar wrappers was pretty high. So he managed to get 2 on a page and I only had to print 60 pages, and then he cut them for me right away, and made sure they fit. (I bought 2 rolls of double-stick tape from FedEx as well to attach the wrappers.) All was perfect. My daughter will be handing them out today. Fingers crossed, she wins some votes, but she will have fun handing out the candy either way. Sending my thanks to Amber and Joe for their combined talent and kindness.

They get the jobs done pretty efficiently - and have all your ship, print and copy needs. Only downside is the homeless population meandering around - which makes for a bizarre experience if you are using a computer terminal.

The print option on the self-service pc computer terminal is difficult to navigate. An hour prior to closing time, this was the second visit which I encountered an issue with simply pressing the print button for a two page document. Employee Joshua, indicated that he would visit the cubicle in a few minutes -he never appeared-nor did he apologize for not assisting-very disappointed in FedX's employee's customer service. After a third attempt by leaving the computer cubicle and asking across the counter for help, I am not sure of is name , however, employee Geraldo attempted to assist, however, he was not familiar with the print option on FedX's self-service computer-he too was unable to gain advice from his co-workers. The best part was after ten minutes, Geraldo suggested forwarding the document to his work station cue and he would print it out for me and compensate my services. I have been going to this location for a few years and it seem that evening the customer service was very unresponsive, slow like the computer terminal which I reported and the employee confirmed they had been having an issue with that terminal , and it was initially a horrible customer experience. The staffing before 3pm is competent, however there is usually, two employees that are in-training mode, which seems to delay your project while they figure out how to navigate their own equipment. This unsatisfactory customer service experience and the computer system difficulty to print has led me to explore FedX's competitor's to spend my valuable time and resources as an alternative option.

This is so the best Fedex I have ever visited. I come here consistently even if I have to go out of my way because the staff is so friendly, courteous and kind. Whoever is the manager here is running it better than any other shipping spot in LA, from good hiring to good training to good team morale.

This is my absolute favorite Fedex office.Victor is AMAZING. He is professional, he remembers the clients, he is knowlegeable, he is efficient and fast, he is courteous, respectful and polite, and so much more.Thank you Fedex for your great teammate Victor.Thank you, Victor for the exceptional service every time I come in there.

I had a great experience here! The printing person was so helpful and helped me correct my print job and give me exactly what I needed. I will always come here for printing services. My helper was Lev and he was great!!!!

Tony was extremely nice and helpful. I needed to ship an expensive piece of jewelry to another state. Tony answered all my questions and explained how to pack it. He gave me the boxes and then I went back after a few days to ship it. The package arrived safely, and on time. Thank you Tony!There is free parking at the back. Easy to get in and out.

I just want to shout out Angel who was kind, patient, and answered my questions in a timely manner. I was frustrated after calling the FedEx customer service line and being directed to robots, no matter what I said or chose on the phone menu. I called the store, Angel picked up, and was quick to help. Angel, this store is lucky to have you.

Excellent service for a rush print order. I called the morning after submitting the job and the assistant over the phone made sure everything was correct. Quality looks great and everything came out perfect, can't thank them enough for the service and fast turnaround.

I really needed to use their print & go service before I leave town and went to their store 20 minutes before they opened. I understand why you wouldn't let someone in before they open but I was very kind & knocked and waved to the 3 people inside. They all just signaled to me number and pointed at the watch on their wrist. Everyone was just dismissive, one man came to the sound proof door but instead of opening it he said no and shook his head and walked away while all 3 people just stayed back. For those of you who don't know print & go requires no help from any of the people. I own a business 1 block away and have been coming here for 7 years. The fact that majority of the people stayed back on their phones & did not care I was using something that required none of their intention to me shows a completely lack of willingness to have decent customer service. You could have opened the door and had a more personal conversation. There's no excuse since you were clocked in and representing a brand that values B2C customer service.
