So, I have a job interview at a business nearby. They already have my resume as a pdf through LinkedIn. But, it never hurts to be prepared and have a physical copy, especially one that's laminated for extra credit points. When I asked the person behind the counter cutting things on one those large rectangular tables with the sharp blade embedded within handle, for precision cuts, I asked how to print something from my laptop. CC said oh just go here, email this address and then once you have the code we send you, then use the printer etc etc. I didn't realize that my checking account which only had $27/28 in it would be charged $25 for a deposit and then the remainder would be deposited back (could take a few hours or a few days depending on your bank apparently) into my account, because I just assumed I'd be charged for the $1-2 incl. taxes for the two sheets of paper (resume and back-up resume). I calmly explained my problem and said what do I do? And CC was extremely helpful in solving my problem. CC didn't have to go above and beyond ;but, he was quick, polite, and made sure I got to my interview on time. Zero complaints. If you need anything printed nice, book reports for school, resumes, formal letters, RSVP's, etc... I'd come here.

Went in to get a package and was turned away because we didn’t have a document with the home address. We were told we had an additional two days to pick up the package but we were not given a time on the second day that our package would be shipped back to sender. Two days later next representative only asked for a tracking number which we would have had the first time.Our package was returned to sender on the second day and now we are without an important package for an undefined period of time. Very disappointing.

Thank you to Josh G. and Joshua C for their excellent customer service. I had posters and postcards printed here and I am 100% happy with the final results. Josh G. really went the extra mile in making sure the color and quality of my prints were perfect. Will be recommending his Fedex to my family and friends.

If you get the male customer service rep, he’s great and very accommodating. If you get the lady who works there, good luck. She is the worst to deal with, hates her life and her job. Just go to the other mailing and printing places nearby.

Rude ! This guy was so rude ! In the end he said I am no racist! I didn’t understood the reason he said that, because he’s an African American also ! He really don’t want to help me ! When o said I am leaving he say good ! I was nice all the time! Sorry for him I think he hates his job ?

I think we should avoid place where they don't respect people! I almost implored this guy to help me to print 3 pages! I was following him and ask "please can you help me ? I don't know how to use this machine! " he wasn't busy , place was empty. He was so rude ! He never help me ! In the end, when I ask to return my money was in the card, he says : good you go! I am no racist! "! The weird thing is he is African America also !
