Appointment was only 35 minutes - my facialist was 10 minutes late and finished early. Didn't feel any sort of difference. Really disappointed and won't be back

Absolutely OBSESSED with Face Haus and if you are looking for the facial that dreams are made of, say less! Maura is my go to aesthetician and transformed my skin. Highly recommend!

I love face haus!! Going to complete a year of my service. Maura is the best and my go to for every facial. Front desk Ben is the sweetest. My facial experience is such a holistic approach makes you feel safe educates you and recommends amazing products!! Im getting the yearly sub!

I'm furious. I went in for a facial and added an eyebrow trim. Claudia destroyed my brows. They're totally uneven and thin. Completely changed the look of my face. I would post a picture but it's too humiliating. I could stay for the facial as I was too upset. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should Claudia be allowed to do brows. It will take me mo this to grow them back .

the face haus on montana is by far the best facial haus for many reasons but the first being the people. from the office manager ben, who greets you with the biggest, brightest, most-friendliest smile to the estheticians, you're sure to leave with an incredible experience. i went in yesterday and the facial was too god not to review -- you'd think i went to a spa at the four seasons the way this facial made me feel. Judaea is an absolute perfectionist who made me feel like i was at a spa, and a true kween. i was in absolutely shock at her level of detail with the combination of massage and extractions, a true 10/10. run, do not walk to get your next self-care facial! x

Maura is now my go-to estie, I’ve seen so much progress in my skin the last 3 times I’ve gone to her. Also super kind, gives me skin care tips, and gives the most amazing face massages!Ben at the front desk is also so nice to see when I walk in. He’s very helpful and sweet and is the cherry-on-top of an already great experience. I specifically go to this Face Haus location for Ben and Maura!

This place is phenomenal. Exceptional value for an hour long facial. My esty Judea is an absolute miracle worker with the hands of a goddess. I came in stressed and my skin was showing it. She gave me extra care and attention and I left feeling amazing and renewed.

I used to love this place, but just had a terrible experience with the front desk and one of the aestheticians who refused to see me. My appointment was at 11:45, which I would have been able to make, but I was driving down a narrow road near Face Haus with an ambulance in the middle and I had no choice but to wait or make a 20 point turn trying to ring around risking hitting the parked cars on each side. As I'm trying to do this as fast as I can to make my appointment, at 11:54 I get a call telling my esthetician has to cancel and reschedule my appointment as they had a client scheduled after me is on a tight schedule. I explained the circumstances above, and they give me no option but to cancel and come back at 4:30 and stated that it's company policy that the "Grace period" is only 12 minutes. I asked why they are forcing me to cancel 9 minutes into my appointment time and not yet at the grace period as I was rushing there and this phone call in and of itself slowed me down. I ended up showing up 15 minutes behind schedule, hoping they could take me and cut a bit of time off the facial, but they turned me away. First off, I don't understand why this next client is that much more important than me that they tried to call me and cancel my appointment even before giving me the full 12 minute grace period that was entitled to (which by the way seems like an obscure number that i can not listed anywhere on the website). If this were more uniformly enforced, I could perhaps understand, but I have been gone here many times and have had several occasions where I had to sit in the front waiting as the estheticians ran late with their last appointments. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for an appointment that I tried my best to show up to and got turned away at the door. I will not be coming back to be treated like a second class citizen to some other VIP client who cannot stand to wait a few minutes when I've been expected to on multiple past appointments.
