Worst car wash ever! They way overcharge!!! for spraying water on your car and then slapping it with plastic brushes that scratch your car and there’s no soap involved. Then it leaves your car, soaking wet without even dryers on it. For the cost of what they charge it’s ridiculous.

Blonde woman on shift at 1:27 AM, Had a '30 Minute Break' sign out on the window. Proceeded to half heartedly point at the sign which you couldn't even tell she was doing. As she wouldn't make eye contact but had her hands on the keys the entire time. Which the keys were inside the door, I am completely unsure what her problem was with communication. But after me and a friend asked her about the sign she proceeded to change the finger she was using to flip us off while pointing at the sign. Called us idiots and said we were stupid not to notice if she was pointing or not. She seemed like she was slurring and on some type of intoxicant. I came and visited to Los Angeles and this experience was honestly the most shocking and rude thing to happen to me.

Decent drive through car wash. As everybody else mentioned though, there’s no dryer. First car wash where I’ve gone that doesn’t also have a built in dryer. Very confusing

Be advised this car wash does not have a dryer. Paid $15.00 for a wash only to basically have the car dirtier after than before because of all the spots. There’s a shell a little further northeast on Santa Monica that has a car wash that actually has a dryer.I asked the cashier what is up with the no dryer and he told me it is a Santa Monica thing(which honestly I wouldn’t doubt). But if that’s the case why even have an automated car wash at all.Gas station is good but I would NOT recommend the car wash.

Longest wait ever. Stay far away. Something wrong with system. No attendant on duty.Worst of all - NO AIR DRY !! For $13 !!! Never go here for gas or wash. EVER!
