I haven’t written a review before but this was such a bad moving experience, I felt compelled to warn others. The movers were unprofessional (to say the least) and rude. When they arrived this morning, they had a completely different understanding of what we had agreed to than I did. Ok, fine - I agreed that the contract was written a certain way so I wasn’t going to dispute what was in it. However, once they started packing up and moving my things, they were sloppy (leaving big items off of the moving truck, neglecting to pack certain areas that we had contractually agreed they would pack prior to moving day, and leaving garbage and moving debris in their wake). When I noted that I expected more for all the money I was paying, I was threatened by the head mover, “if you want to make this difficult, I can make this difficult for you” and told when I called the office that I was “being emotional”. Quite frankly, I am horrified and cannot believe this company operates this way. They lost things and there was some normal moving wear-and-tear, which I expected to some degree (it was a big move). What I didn’t expect was how poorly I was treated and how much I have to pack up in an SUV and move on my own… don’t use this company!!

The movers were on time and there was no fuss about anything. Nothing broken and nothing to complain about.

Incredible moving experience with this company!! Can’t recommend them enough— ask for Guido, Bayrow, Julio, & Luis. They were fast & everything was kept in perfect condition!!

The Excalibur movers were fantastic! They showed up right on time and were organized, efficient and easy to work with. Having the crew quickly assist in furniture assembly was great and they had our new home start to come together in no time. With their help, our move was about as stress free as can be. Definitely would recommend Excalibur to anyone moving!

These guys were hardworkers they were able to get most of a 2200 sq ft home in one truck they took great care in packing and unpacking everything at the new location. Very professional and great to communicate with always checking to see if we needed anything else done the part that surprise me was after the move was completely done and the truck was empty the guy came to us and said is there anything else we can do for you so we had them switch out the front load washer and dryer which took disassembling the and moving the units up and down from the second floor also took care of hooking everything up definetly very reasonable and very professional!!!

Professional courteous and efficient made our move as easy as possible. They were conscious of protecting our valuables and loading them appropriately I couldn't believe how fast it all went the convenience combined with their competitive cost make them the best possible choice while moving. Upon arrival at our home all four movers introduced themselves politely and immediately got to work packing our entire 3 bedroom single level home took them just over an hr and it was packed well. Everything was protected and they were quick yet careful. It was a full day of hard work with Excalibur Movers they were done in 4 hrs and we had the entire of the day to settle into our new home. I would highly recommend this company to everyone you will have peace of mind and high end customer service and we couldn't be happier.

There are not many things more horrific than moving and as two people who not only work 50+ hours a week but also have a ton of outside commitments we were unprepared when the move day came thank goodness for google because it brought me to Excalibur. They showed up on time and ready to work we were scattered cluttered and basically a moving nightmare though you would not guess to see the attitude these guys had from moment one they assessed the situation and started working very careful with everything we own in fact i think this might have been the first move i have done without a sing thing damaged when you move you assume a certain loss ratio this one yielded zero for the standard of work they did were ready to pay through the nose but while their hourly is not cheap hey you get what you payed for they were so efficient and so fast thank you guys for being so all around awesome and sorry for taking so long to write this review you definitely deserve it!

The best moving experience I have ever had I've used two diffrent moving companies in the past for moves within the valley. I was really nervous about finding the right company to handle my things with care. I've had bad experiences in the past. After reading reviews about Excalibur I knew I had to at least give them a call and get a quote. They always called me and let me know what time they were arriving to load and unload my items they were on time efficient and very friendly they handled all my items with care even came back to my house later that day to grab some last minute items I forgot to include. They unloaded all my items within an hr including reaassembling the bed frame I cannot reccommend this company enough thank you for making a stressful experience a little more bearable!!!!

Excalibur movers came highly recommended to me from a friend who had booked several moves with this company they emailed me directly with a quote within 20 minutes because of the prompt attention to the. Customers securing my move date and time happened quickly and with no hassle!On the morning of my move the movers showed up promptly at my appointment time and got to work they came with a lot of blankets wardrobe boxes and supplies to treat my items with care they were so kind and repectful that it really made the stress of moving so much easier I was settling in my new condo before noon and they gave me a discount for paying in cash which is awsome I can't thank them enough for their hardwork.;

I have hired movers in the past and have never been so impressed as I was with Excalibur movers this was the best moving experience they promised to have a crew at my place between 8-10am and were there in front of my apartment complex at 8:30am these guys are professional and ready to work parking is always an issue at this complex partly why I'm moving the only space available for the truck was in the red zone after just one load parking enforcement rolled up and wanted to write a ticket I don't know what the movers said to the officer but it worked no ticket and they were able to leave the truck there and fnished loading. Overall I was really satisfied with the move it took a bit longer than I expected but none of my stuff got scratched or damaged and that's all that matters thank you for your hardwork Excalibur!

I called Excalibur movers a week in advanced and they said sure we will be there. No hidden fees came on time all equipped and prepared these guys know what they do. They wrapped everything that can be scratched or broken such as picture frames, dresser, dressing mirror, glass top from my desk, mattress etc etc.. with wrapping blankets. And this time I had a lot of plants and they arranged all of them very carefully and secured in a way that nothing got damaged or broken. This was my 2nd experience with this moving company and I can definitely say that was 100% satisfying this guys made my move so much easier thank yuh Excalibur for all the hardwork!!!

I was desperate to find movers as I'd been unable to focus on my move for work reasons I called and when Edgar answered he was friendly and patiently told me they could accommodate me two days later. I was a little skeptical of the price offered as it seemed low for three guys and a 27 foot moving truck. He assured me that the price was inclusive of all taxes gas everything that I've been charged extra for I went with it. On moving Day they were here at the exact time promised they wrapped up my furniture and packed everything else up quickly and professionally. The entire move was done with the estimated time frame and everything was done with the utmost care. I'm so pleased that I will reccommend them to friends and family thanks guys!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I highly recommend excalibur movers my wife and I asked our friends and family for recommendations for movers they came very highly recommended so I was intrested to learn more i called and made an appointment to get an estimate their process was simple and very proffesional so we decided to move fwd with them. On the day of the move they sent five guys and they arrived a few minutes early which is right on time in my book all five guys were cheerful polite helpful and absolutely fantastic they got to work immediately took great care of my furniture and boxes I knew I had made the right choice. Every man on the team worked their tail off and they got the job done in less time then I ever thought they could to top it all off the cost was actually less than I expected best move ever!I am 100% satisfied and I would absolutely use them again!!

My move was not an easy one i was moving out of a house at the bottom of a steep driveway and i have a good amount of stuff some of delicate and awkward the new house has a steep and narrow staircase and another narrow driveway I am a veteran of moving having done it quite a bit and this particular move I was not looking forward to. The guys from Excalibur were great they were cheerful curteous careful and never complained about my giant boxes of weird stuff myriad musical instruments dress forms antique coffin and giant old desk from when furniture was made out of real wood instead of particle board I was their second move of the day as they squeezed me in because of my difficult situation but they worked as if it were their only job of the week. I fervently hope that i dont have to move again soon but if and when I do i will be calling these guys they are good people good movers thank you very much!!

The absolute best I found Excalibur on google they absolutely live up to a reputation and exceeded all I had the pleasure of working with them. They are a professional power team they did the impossible when I had no hope of getting my large furniture into my new home with limitation they figured it put and with flying colors they were so fast clean thorough and detail oriented in every way very kind professional and accomodating as well trustworthy hard working men that definetly put their heart in it and are the best around no question I always dread moving but these guys made it so smooth and easy my move was from Santa Monica to Newport Beach I will absolutely refer business their way and will call them again and request only this amazing team for my next move thank you for making it so smooth you truly are the best in the business thanks again for all your hard work!
