“I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. I have an Epson WF-3460 and when it needed service I knew who to call -- these guys are honest and don't upsell. I called a different repair place and they told me the "repair" would be in excess of a few hundred dollars.
But HMB told me it wasn't a "repair," it was a part replacement, one I can do on my own... for $15! They even gave me the part number and told me how to order it from Epson.
I have another issue that will eventually need service, but they told me to wait till it's an issue "Why spend the money now?"
Please, support these guys -- get your printer ink from them. They are nice, take time to discuss your issue and are truly good guys.”

Due to its sentimentality, I agreed to the repair and I am so glad I did. The record player is now in beautiful shape! He is incredibly honest if his repairs will be worth the cost of the item. “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”

I also overheard another employee tell another customer that there were 2 call outs that day, Matt came through and mans deserves a raise fasho!!!”
