Took advantage of the fact that I had a major brake failure as I was driving right in front of their shop. After inspecting the brakes, I was given a dramatic review of the damage. I was charged $1600 for new front and rear brakes!! The front brakes only lasted 6 months, and the rear brakes were destroyed only after a year and a half. Rear braked last up to 150,000 miles!!

Went for urgent repairs to replace the water pump. Jerry was very cooperative in completing the repairs on time and also offered my a promotional rate being a first time customer.

Have an 1983 Cadillac Deville. They know their stuff and were quick to help keep this old timer in good shape. Friendly staff and got my car running smooth in under an hour. Simple repair being a loose spark plug, but non the less they fixed her up sound and professional. Highly recommend!

Jerry & Zaven know WAY more than Cadillacs. I trusted them with my 1978 Sedan Deville and they knocked it out of the park with my Mustang.

Thief's. Left one of my cars here to get worked on and had some items missing inside. Great work but wouldn't keep important belongings inside.

I have had the best experiences with this car repair shop. Both Jerry and Zaven are straight shooters and extremely honest. Twice in the past two years I have brought my 2005 Cadillac CTS in for car issues; both times they kindly checked it out, found nothing to be concerned about, and did not charge me. Last week, however, my car overheated and needed to be towed to their place of business. The car's computer system threw them off track initially, but they persisted until they found the cause of my overheating vehicle. After discovering the root cause of the white billowing smoke, toxic burning smell, and rumbling emanating beneath the hood of my vehicle, they quickly repaired it. In addition, they diagnosed and recommended the repair of another huge issue, encouraging my husband and me to see what was going on while the car was up on a hoist; but they did not use high-pressure tactics to make these repairs as these repairs were not imminent. In every instance that I have brought my car in to them, I have totally appreciated their candor, kindness, and fairness. I have always found their demeanor to be quite refreshing, and I would recommend this shop highly and without reservation.

The good folks at Ed's just finished another in a series of repair/restoration projects on my classic Oldsmobile convertible. This time it was a front end overhaul; including coil springs, shocks, tie rods, control arm bushings and some of the steering linkage. As always, the work was done professionally and on-time. Although I've always been apprehensive about anyone undertaking major mechanical procedures on this car, I have learned that the staff at Ed's goes out if its way to anticipate and accommodate the customer's concerns. Ed's has never tried to "up-sell" me, but will recommend repairs or service where they are necessary for safety sake or vehicle maintenance. In this case, it was pointed out to me that my front brake rotors and pads were worn beyond the point of being safe. I knew this already and had ordered new replacement parts, in anticipation of re-building all the brakes at a later date. I hadn't mentioned this to anyone at Ed's. It was so refreshing to know that Ed's had proved once again they only recommended obviously necessary work. Since I knew the brakes needed to be replaced, I already had the parts and the front end was already disassembled, I went ahead and had them do the work. The end result was my great pleasure at getting back the smooth ride and handling of my forty-four-year-old car's younger years. Additionally, my front brakes have been restored to "like-new" safety and performance standards. One very happy Ed's Airport Service customer, Randy C.

This repair shop is a hidden gem! I discovered it after being unhappy with the service at the dealership - I didn't realize there was a better option out there for Cadillac repairs. I had a MUCH better experience at Ed's! Fair pricing, fast work, and a small honest shop with a great owner, where the mechanic can explain or even show you the repair needs. Wish I'd found this place sooner!

David is incredibly responsive (I don't know how he gets his work done bc I've never had to wait on the phone or in the shop for more than a minute), trustworthy, kind, and his work is more than reasonably priced. He even did work for free once, on something that the BMW dealership would have charged $400 for and probably wouldn't have done right. His shop is clean, too, which I've been told is a sign of a good mechanic. I can't say enough positive things about Joe. My only concern is if he gets too popular, he might have a demand problem!

WOW! Talk about awesome service. I randomly had managed to lock my keys in the the ignition in my 1978 Cadillac Deville, only blocks from Edś garage. Instead of calling AAA, I decided to ask ED for help. Not only did he give me a ride on his scooter to the car, he manage to open it in 10 seconds flat. He saved my day. Previously I have used Edś services for my car and he has fixed my ignition etc. I would recommend Edś Airport service to anyone. Great service and fair pricing.
