The guy arrived on time and removed an impossible dent. He was professional and courteous. Not cheap. Worth it.

Auction lost the keys to my car, said it would take 30 mins to make a new key. I walk to my car 40 mins later and they haven't even started on the car. The guy working on the key took his sweet time working on the car and was extremely lazy. Took over 1:30 mins to complete
