Stopped in on my way to the beach to check out a jacket that I had been eyeing. I guess because I was wearing “beach clothes” I was never once acknowledged or asked if I needed help. But I watched as other girls in dressy clothes were acknowledged as they entered. I left without the jacket as I refuse to give a company like this any business. Treat all your clientele the same, just because they aren’t dressed up doesn’t mean they won’t or can’t spend $$$ in your store.

Love shopping at Doen and this location is beautiful! Everyone is very sweet and helpful. Any time I am in town, I pop over to snag a few things just because the experience is so lovely!

Been purchasing doen’s clothing online for couple years, first time visiting their shop in LA, very beautiful boutique, staffs are nice. Displays are beautiful, fitting room is so spacious. Finally can try on before buying stuffs, and staffs had given good advice. Looking forward to visit there again.

An absolutely beautiful store with such a kind staff. I'm always greeted when I enter and they are always so sweet to my children. They even have a little basket of toys which I really appreciate. Their clothing is beautiful and so well made, and Incan always find some that fits me and that I love. I've been a customer for years and especially love shopping in person at the store in Brentwood. Will be coming back for many more years to come!

Nothing but problems with this company! Several months ago attempted to purchase an item that was listed as "in-stock" online only to be informed later on that it was sold out. Now, after purchasing a different item, I discover that the sizing is only suitable for a child! Clearly, this company is poorly managed, and quality is poor. Shop elsewhere!

Great, unique and timeless clothing. I love everything I have received from Doen and am really glad to have found it. That said, I think they overcharge for shipping and it takes FOREVER. Like, weeks. I have received orders from European companies faster than this. I don't really know what their justification is for charging so much for shipping and then not shipping in a timely fashion but it's the way it is. So, definitely check them out online but be prepared to wait. I haven't been to any of the physical locations as I am in Chicago.

Love the store, feminine style, and the most helpful staff-not really targeted for a woman in her seventies but they helped me find a dress and blouse that are so comfy and pretty. Also ordered shoes not stocked in the store that I saw on their website. A wonderful addition to the Brentwood Country Mart!!!

Nice dresses but super rude staff with poor attitudes, on their phones, acted as though it was a privilege of mine to be in there. I don't know who the girls that work there think they are! Gives the brand a bad rep.
