Great bikes, very hit and miss service. Some folks working there are helpful & friendly, some just don't acknowledge the customers, the remainder are weirdly unfriendly when you get their attention. I only go when I need something brand specific. Otherwise it's easier to go to Helen's down the street, or my LBS. I suspect many of the positive reviews are fake / purchased, or from those that luck out and start with one of the good employees.

Crazy slow service for the bike they had as part of a warranty repair for one week. The person at the front became super annoyed with me because I kept asking for the old parts back and buying things totaling $500. The bike work was not great, and the rear derailleur, bar tape, bottle bolts, and brake alignment were poorly done. This was my only time getting work done here and I won't be back. It's also a bad sign when they have mostly young workers because they can't retain experienced ones.
