Worst pharmacy. Terrible customer service. Had to go three times in one day for prescriptions that were called in the day before. Quoted 30 minutes on second trip and I came back two hours later. Not done. New quote 1 hour. Zero attempt to find actual timeline. Then they tell you to stand in a second line just to get answers to when your prescription would be ready.

Horrible horrible telephone etiquette they never answer not even a hello please hold . And when it is said you're holding and holding forever . Not sure why they don't add more stuff to answer their phones . The only way to get things done is to go in person and even at that you're not getting great customer service . But I'm stuck going there because there's no other location closer to my place .

Truly never experienced the level of incompetency and utter disregard of these pharmacist. Every single one of them is rude, uninterested in doing their job, and apparently incapable as well. I have had over a dozen issues with Rx, wrong doses given, cancelled Rx for no reason, billing errors. This entire store and management and staff should be overhauled.

Sean at the pharmacy was rude. Considering there are other poor reviews of him, sounds like he is consistently providing a poor customer experience and shouldn’t be working a job where he has to regularly interface with others. I won’t be coming back to this CVS

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION PHARMACY I scheduled for this vaccine twice online. My appointment was accepted both times, and I received email confirmations, text confirmations, and text reminders of the appointments. The first time, I arrived on time and after waiting, I was told that this vaccine was unavailable. I was told it hadn't come in, but that I could make another appointment. I made another appointment, scheduling for a few days later to allow time for the pharmacy to receive the vaccine. I scheduled online, and received 3 confirmations of the appointment. I arrived on time and waited. After waiting, I eventually went to the window and asked about my appointment, and when I might be served. I was told by the pharmacist, Paris that the vaccine was not there. I asked why, for the SECOND time, I scheduled, and received THREE confirmations to drive to the store and wait for a vaccine that they didn't have. If the store knew they didn't have a vaccine, why didn't they reach out to the patients scheduled that day for said vaccine??? She said she hadn't looked until just now when I came to the window and told me "I should have checked before coming in to make sure that they had the vaccine". RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I should check after making a second appointment and getting THREE confirmations for the appointment to confirm again that the vaccine was at the store? Your employees have ZERO responsibility to inform the customer that the scheduled appointments cannot be satisfied because the expected product is unavailable?

Today I had the absolute worst experience with pharmacy on the phone. I called this morning to confirm that they had my medication in stock to which I was told they did. I reached out to my doctors office to change some of the wording on my prescription and they also called the pharmacy to confirm. A man told her in a snippy attitude that they did not have in stock so which she proceed to tell me when I got other information 20 minutes prior saying otherwise. I called and got on the phone with the same man who had the same attitude with her. To make a longer story short when I called for the last time he answered and said they were out of stock when I had called not long before again to confirm it was still in stock and talked to a lovely woman. I got upset at the situation and the man obviously couldn't handle the fact that he had an upset customer and hung up on me. From the first interaction over the phone to the last the attitude lasted all day.Obviously this location wants to lose customers or they would get it together because I am not the only poor review they have had this year and we are only a couple weeks in.

When male manager, wearing a light blue shirt, and no name came to assist, he did not acknowledge my presence and touched my machine to turn off the assist light. I said thank you, politely and easy for him to hear. Still no acknowledgment. I reiterated, he mumbled something back at me avoiding eye contact with me. Purchased my main item on line thereafter.

Very unfriendly service. Sean who is a shorter ginger haired guy looked very unhappy to be doing his job even though the store wasn’t busy and we had appointments for my flu vaccine. This was at the pharmacy dept. Paris is the one who ended up taking over and she was actually worse. I don’t know who set the tone to be so rude and cold there, someone must have. We maintained friendliness from beginning to end and I write this as I watch them being sarcastic with other customers this very moment.

Come on!! Health care store that doesn't carry distilled water? Also the care pass sucks. Keeps charging you a monthly fee and every time you want to use it, there is a new headache to deal with. Not cool CVS. The staff were fine at this branch. It was the store that sucked.

Waited on hold twice. Was treated like a criminal just trying to fill my own prescribed medication. The cost for my meds quadrupled when the qty went from 90 to 120 (over the course of one month?) and the pharmacy tech had the worst attitude on the phone.

Love this CVS! It’s convenient snd always has everything I need. When I arrived on a Sunday morning, there was a team member in the allergy department waiting to help me out, I didn’t need to ask or call an attendant. Henry the manager was awesome! He totally helped me out. He was kind, caring, and took the time to assist me when my app wasn’t working properly. He also took the time to show me some cool new features on the CVS app. Thanks, Henry!
